Spic & Span Pro- Cleaning

I bought a Groupon with this business and quite frankly, I cannot really even tell how well this company cleans or what the people are like as they have blown us off on two different appointments. They blew us off on the first appointment so my husband called to find out what had happened. He left a message and several hours later, the phone called was returned and was told that they «tried to call but nobody picked up». Well, that is an untruth because he has a cell phone, never received a call and his voicemail picks up after the 4^th ring. So instead of blasting them and groupon to get our money back (at that time), we decided to give them a second try and make a second appointment. Ha wouldn’t you know it: they blew this one off too! We actually tried to call them a few times before the appointment to see if it was still on, but we left a message and again nothing, no return call. At this point, I am done with this company. I wish them Godspeed and I want my money back from groupon. I am currently writing Groupon to get a refund on this terrible deal. As a matter of fact, I am also questioning Groupon for having aligned themselves with such a disreputable company.

Spic & Span is a joke! RUN FAST… they are horrible cleaners. I booked a 4 hour «deep cleaning» with the owner Waseefa Tarver. This lady is VERY unprofessional. She will ignore your calls, change prices, change cleaning terms, and not come to your home when she says she is coming. I originally came across her «company» (which consists of 3 workers including herself) when a friend told me about a groupon deal for $ 129. I called and inquired about a 4 hour deep cleaning quote. I was quoted over the phone $ 175. When I mentioned that the groupon deal said $ 129 and my friend was quoted $ 120 Waseefa told me she would clean my home for $ 150 because I was referred. Waseefa and 1 cleaning lady arrived to my home 15 minutes late. They did not acknowledge the fact that they were late. We did a walk through and discussed what needed to be done in each room. I was told by Waseefa that my home smelled so good and it was really clean. She then asked me to pay her $ 175. Why would I pay you more if you are telling me I have a clean home??? I told her I would only pay her the $ 150 we agreed to over the phone and she said that would be fine. The cleaners started with the upstairs. Two bedrooms and one full bathroom. It took them about 1 hr and 10 minutes. They then went downstairs to begin cleaning the kitchen, living room, dinning room, half bathroom and tv/​sitting room. Waseefa told me that she only accepted cash. Around 1 hr and 50 min into the cleaning I told her that I would run to the ATM and be back home shortly. While I was gone about 15 minutes later I received a call from Waseefa telling me that she was done cleaning my home. I came home and found Waseefa and her cleaning lady in their car outside of my home. I thought we would go back into my home and do a walk through but Waseefa approached me as soon as I got out of the car asking for her payment. I asked if they had cleaned everything including the baseboards and I was told by Waseefa that they had performed a thorough cleaning. I entered my home and found that they had not cleaned behind my couches, they had not washed the baseboards because they still had dust on them, the kitchen appliances still had grease stains and handprints and the carpet on my steps still had hair and dirt in the corners. I immediately called Waseefa and told her my concerns. She apologized and told me that she would come back to my home the next day and complete the job. I was outraged that a cleaning company would leave a job 1 hour early without performing a deep cleaning as discussed. The next morning I called Waseefa and she said she was already at another job and would come later. I told her I was missing work and needed to run errands and she still refused to give me her arrival time until she finally state she would be at my home before noon. At 1150am she called back stating that she was still cleaning the other home and would need 20 minutes to wrap up and then come to my house, I agreed. This was the last time I talked to Waseefa. The rest of the day she ignored my calls and then sent me a text hours later stating that she was busy and would call me. I was out done and emailed her requesting a portion of my money back. She never responded or called. The next day I called her from my husbands phone and she answered. She said she would be at my home at 1:30pm to clean it because she could not give me money back. Yet again she is not here! She is nothing but a scam artist. There are better and more professional cleaning companies.
