My boyfriend and I brought his dog to Skinner Park in early fall. Really clean, lots of space for the dog to run, and they have tennis balls!

This dog park is awesome… anything less than 5 stars is inexcusable for a public park. There’s enough room to throw a tennis ball as far as you can. What more could you ask for!

We love this dog park. Our 11mth lab/pit pup always can find a friend here. It’s very spacious and clean. There is a water hose that is super nice to have. You can fill up the kiddy pool and all of the water bowls with fresh water as as needed. Oh, and plenty of seating for the pup parents. All in all a great dog park in the west loop.

We love coming here with our dog. It’s actually the skinner bark park that we frequent. It’s clean and there’s plenty of space for the dogs to run around in. Also, there’s seating for the adults and so you can watch or read a book while you wait! There are water bowls and a water fountain as well as some clean up bags at times. Everyone seems to be pretty friendly around here and so we keep coming back!

This dog park is fenommenal. Super clean and a lot of different areas like pools, sand and grass… Best dog park I’ve been to.

What an awesome park! It’s one of the largest dog parks we’ve visited in the city and our pup loves it! It’s clean, it’s got shaded spots, and there’s a variety of textures for your dog to romp on. There’s tennis balls and even a kiddie pool for summer fun! Most of the dogs were pretty chill and dog owners were very responsible. Can’t wait to go again!

I’m a huge fan of this new dog park! There are always lots of dogs for my pup to play with, plenty of shade/seating and a nice water fountain for your thirsty pup. There’s AstroTurf, cement and rocks which make for a nice variety, but also a potential hazard for the wrestling dogs. It’s been quite clean every time I’ve visited and the dog owners seem keen on keeping it that way!

This dog park is brand new and looks it! Faux grass, winding walkways, pea gravel, lots of benches and a shaded area are all here and it’s complete with a three level drinking fountain. I also appreciate that the trash cans are inside the park. The park district did a great job. All it needs now is some doggie pools, water bowls, and responsible dog owners to keep it clean!
