I had a great experience living here for 1 year as a college student. I lived in a 2Bed 2Bath unit. Updated unit and appliances, in unit washer and dryer, and having my own bathroom was nice. Mike is the new landlord and is very available, office is right downstairs in the lobby, and you have the number for the maintenance person who usually comes in & fixes anything within 24 hours. Right by Pratt Beach, lots of transportation, places to eat, grocery, parks, workout facilities. Near Loyola university as well, with campus safety patrolling along with CPD. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quaint sized place that has great neighbors & good sound control.

I had I great experience at 1200 Pratt. The apartments are updated, nice and clean. The apartments have dishwashers, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and jacuzzi tubs. To the reviewer below’s point – Sylvia was always nice to me – she’s just a very straightforward, no-nonsense person. But she gets things done – what else can you ask for in a building manager? The walls aren’t soundproof, and a couple centipedes popped up in the spring(they are all over Rogers Park, I have seen them MUCH worse) but those aren’t even complaints. I loved my one bedroom here. I highly recommend this building.

DONOT live here, I cannot tell you what a bitch Sylvia is. She will ruin everything! The apartments were not that great neither! All the stuff they used were cheap stuff and there were constantly problems. AVOID1200 w Pratt for god’s sake! I cannot wait for the lease to be over!!!
