Called this place around 10:30pm on a weekday. There was a huge language barrier. The person barely spoke English. After five minutes he hung up for no reason. I called back and I told him he hung up on me and he said yes. I proceeded to continue my order. Every thing I said was a labor in him understanding. He absolutely had no clue. I knew my order would be wrong and I was worried my credit card would not be charged correctly. I ended the call and called somewhere else. What a waste of time and a joke of a business.

My friend told me this location was horrible and being the Sarpinos lover I was. I didn’t listen and still ordered. HUGE mistake. I ordered a regular cheese pizza with ranch as a side. I received a disgusting, greasy pizza with no pizza sauce and ranch on the pizza instead?! I called and the lady I spoke with told me it was my fault and I ordered ranch on the pizza? She didn’t try to resolve it on her end in any way. Basically leaving it at «too bad.» Have you ever heard of the phrase«the customer is always right?» Might want to look into that. Incompetent employees, horrible service and horrible pizza. Will never be ordering again because of this experience and will definitely be letting others know.

Staying at a nice hotel downtown, it was recommended that we order from here… BADCHOICE!!! They apparently don’t care about businesses like the W recommending business to them… Ugh, okay… Your loss

I had placed a pizza for order via Unilocal and waited quite a while for the pizza. The website said it would take 45 – 60 minutes. About 60 minutes later, I called them to see if the pizza was on its way yet, because if not, then I can just cancel it(since it was 2am). The woman put me on hold for 8 whole minutes and was replaced by another woman who started with an attitude. However, when the pizza finally arrived, it was pretty good.

My only experience with Sarpino’s was ordering delivery tonight to my hotel, where I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half, they said the delivery would be 45 min, with no pizza to show for it. They did charge me, but they skipped the delivery part. When I called them to try to connect about the lost pizza, I could hear them picking up the receiver and dropping it, which went on for twenty minutes. Hopefully when I go in the morning to get my money back I’ll at least get that.

I love this restaurant. I just don’t understand why the delivery wait is so long. It shouldn’t take 1 hour for a order of 6 wings. Then the wings were burned at that. Other than that, I haven’t had a problem with the restaurant and their service.

It’s a decent pizza place. I can tell that they do their best to provide fresh and quality ingredients. However, I just don’t think the flavor is anything to write home to Mom about. Maybe you could write your little sister though. If she lives in the Loop. But if you’re on the southside, get Nick and Vito’s. Now that pizza… you should write your mama, your kids and your wife!

Hands down the worst experience with delivery ever. I placed an order and TWOANDHALFHOURS later(mind you that now puts the food at 2:50am) And my order didn’t come. I called and explained. Was on hold 15 minutes. The guy, probably with nothing to say, hung up. Literally hung up without a word. I call back he says nothing. …like as in silent. Then hangs up. This process continued for 4 times. At this point all I want is my money back for a non existent order that never came. I’m literally blown.

This pizza is good and convenient. It is the perfect late night pizza after the bar especially since they are open late. Unfortunately I would never order here as a regular meal as there are much better pizzas in the Loop.

Ordering pizza on a Friday night I expected an hour long delivery wait. Once the food was delivered we realized we had gotten the wrong order(it must have been a meat lovers and it looked terrible) we called back, and were told another 45-an hour. I didn’t really agree with that considering they had given us the wrong order to start with and we were honestly 3 minutes away.(When you mess up someone’s food at a restaurant you don’t have them wait for others food to be made first they’re kind of priority) Finally I got to speak to a manager and was told my food would be complimentary, I was getting a full refund and the driver was coming straight here which sounded very kind of him. The delivery man showed up with no food but my refund shortly after. At this time it was near 2am and I gave up. Safe to say I’ll never order from them again. Side note* the girl I talked to most of the time on the phone was extremely incompetent and giggling at everything I said. Sarpinos = no thank you

I’ve always had nothing but good experiences at the two locations I order from. I ordered a work lunch online, one day early, prepaid and left instructions on the best way to get to our building and to call so I could come down. At three minutes past my desired time, my front desk called and said our delivery was here. The driver was so happy at the given directions that he was more then happy to come up to our office. I was greeted with a friendly hello, told thanks for directions and wished have a great day. Everything was hot, fresh and tasted great.

First of all I have to say that sarpinos overall all locations is the best pizza for delivery and for dinning in in Chicago. I am not a fan of deep dish so I don’t have any business their, but when it comes to that crispy thin yet cheesy indulgence they are the best spot in town. I have to make sure that we don’t leave behind the amazing team that runs the place and their fast response to delivering the product. I have order from them for in the past year at least 50 times, and not only they are always on time but the product is always what’s expected. Service and product wise they do deliver what’s promise and from working in the industry I have learned that this is key for success. don’t hesitate to order and don’t look otherwise, SARPINOSISTHEKING!!! Ps I have to mention Doug the store manager for the area who is always looking for opportunities ton engage and make sure that all guest are satisfied, people like Doug make sure that this place keeps being my number one spot when it comes to pizza!!!

After writing a review about the bad experience I had here, I was reached out by management for an apology. They I asked me to give them the opportunity to «make it right» and refunded me and offered me additional credit, in which I was able to get a free pizza. Since it is a pizza place and I didn’t expect this sort kind gesture, and it really meant a lot and says good things about the management here.

ANHOURAND A HALFFOR A MEDIUMCOLDPIZZA?! Then the driver wouldn’t come up to my office THEN half the order was missing. AND the owner refused to give any kind of discount for an inedible frozen pizza Yeah. I’ll pass. This place sucks! Thank Jeebus for Eat24. The poor customer service rep was chewed out for me when he called to try and get a discount on my order. Nevertheless, they gave me a promo and refunded part of the order. So, good on them at least. I was also told to call to «maybe» get a discount… BUT after hearing that the Eat24 rep was given such a crappy attitude, I decided to save myself the verbal abuse.
