I was referred to Dr Salti by my PCP to remove several noncancerous lesions/tumor. It went well… the office on Lincoln was super far away(and it’s closed now), but the procedure was done at St. Joseph Hospital. The doctor, nurses, assistants, pretty much everybody I encountered were professional and I was explained about the procedures, the blood test that was required, the copays, billing, insurance. I thought I had to mention, that it wasn’t a nightmare. The only slight bad experience I had was the rashes that I got post-surgery. The left side of my body broke out in hives(5 days later), mostly around the surgical site, from raised hives to small tiny red hives that itched like mother effers. I had to try super hard not to scratch around the stitches so it wouldn’t scar. There was really nothing to be done. My PCP saw it, gave me some antihistamines. Doesn’t do anything. I had to just ride it out. The hives went away after a few weeks. I’m not sure what triggered the reaction whether it was the medication or the stitches or anything else they administered. I wish i knew so I could be prepared for future(if any) surgeries.

He removed a mole from my chin and it went great. I have no traces of the surgery left now. But that place on Lincoln is closed now, unfortunately.
