I received a so called gold chain with the pendent which had to be pre-ordered ; my friend put down a payment on the pendent but when he return to pay more on the items he was told that gold had went up.in which the payment is not on the receipt second negative is after items was ready for pick up the chain had a few knots on it so we took it back to the store while there I keep asking the Manger was the items real gold and she stated yes so we left the store : my birthday was on 04/09 my products remained in the box never touched but on 05/18/2022 I decided I wanted to sport my jewelry what I saw when I open the box had me in tears I was so upset I called my friend who purchased the gift now let's get to the discrimination part he goes to the jewelry store on 05/18/2022 to tell and explain the problem to the Manger about how the chain had turned to a rust brown looking color in which the chain had never been worn at all still brand new in the box with receipt and all he claimed she told him due to me being a black women that when I put it around my neck me being black is the reason the chain turned tarnish.I'm very upset I will be taking photo of this item for the world to see and also putting out there what was stated about why the chain turned colors even though it had never been worn since purchase also on the button of the receipt a big stamp in blue letters states JEWELRY SOLD IS NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.GLAD I KEEP ALL RECEIPTS AND GLAD TO KNOW THAT MY BLACKNESS COULD MAKE GOLD TURN TARNISH EVEN IF I HAVEN'T WORN IT YET MAKE THIS STORY MAKE SINCE .OH THE TOTAL FOR THE ITEMS WAS OVER $500 DOLLAS BUT THE RECEIPT ONLY STATES $ 372.65 I WILL BE AT 1 N WABASH ON MONDAY OR TUESDAY WITH CHANNEL 5 7 OR 9 IF IM NOT REFUNDED AND APOLOGIZE TO CONCERNING THE BAIS COMMENTS .IF TRUE I WILL LIKE A FULL REFUND FOR THIS FAKE CHAIN...
