Brought two cashmere coats a Burberry scarf and a Hugo Boss shirt in. Coats were fine but the Burberry scarf was ruined. White Hugo Boss shirt was still stained. Alright, they told me they would try to fix the scarf. Came back and the scarf, which is a cashmere blend felt like worsted wool. They ask to try again. Do I look stupid?! Apparently so because they said I lack common sense if I think my scarf would look like how I brought it in. No, I expected it to be cleaned!!! Will never come back! Not only was my favorite scarfed ruined but I was also insulted to boot. Cannot handle any precious items at all.

I’ve been using this place for a while however, one day, when I tried to pick up some items which were promised by a specific time, I found that one wasn’t yet available and the other wasn’t clean. When I complained about both, was simply told that I was a pain to them and to not come back.

5+ years taking my dry clean needs to Chuck. He’s the man! And he has a cool dog too.

I’ve been using this dry cleaners for a while now. It’s close to my house and has a parking lot so it’s convenient. The owners are very friendly and always greet you with a smile! I believe clothes are cleaned off premises, however I usually get next day service and it’s always ready on time.
The only issue I had was a pair of pants that I wanted a replacement zipper put in. It came back cleaned, but without a new zipper. They apologized and took care of it right away.
Below is what I’m typically charged for my dry cleaning items:
Women’s blouse: $ 3
Men’s shirt (light starch): $ 1.30
Pants: $ 3
Business jacket: $ 3.50
I haven’t shopped around for better prices because I’m generally very happy with them and it’s convenient for me.
