Communication. Communication. Communication! The human factor is very important when you are doing the biggest purchase of your life. You constantly have questions. I have experience with other lenders that their response rate gradually decreased through a long transaction. Majority of the mortgage brokers out there just interested in closing and dumping the loan on your right away, Not Ryan! This guy answered every single email, walked me through every single procedure and step, always returned my calls, always worked with me and looked for further possibilities instead of just sticking to the checklist. I will continue to work with him and his rates are competitive, that I could care less after getting such amazing customer service!

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan on the refinancing of my condo. I had never refinanced before so I had a lot of questions. He was very patient in going through the process with me and extremely helpful. I ran into a situation during my refinance where my condo building was recently mapped into a flood zone requiring our building to have flood insurance. Our building was unaware of this situation and he went ahead and took care of contacting the organization involved in the flood zoning and sorted out all of the details for us. It saved our association thousands of dollars.
He was always timely in his communication and always got back to me right away with answers to my questions. He’s polite, patient and very knowledgeable. If you are ever looking for a mortgage broker to help you with a refinance, I highly recommend working with Ryan!
