I was dog sitting last month for my neighbor. The dog had a habit of sleeping in the laundry basket and he sheds like crazy. I didn’t think it was a big deal since the clothes had to be washed until… after the wash, the dog hair didn’t come off!!! I was furious. I ended up taking the load of laundry to my dry cleaner and told them my situation. They were pretty confident about getting the hair off. I was skeptical but wanted to give them a shot. I picked up my clothes and there was no sign of hair!!! I was so relieved. Royale dry cleaners did an awesome job. Bravo~

I was visiting from the burbs to attend an event and a friend of mine I was staying with recommended this cleaners to make an urgent adjustment on my dress. I didn’t think it was possible considering that they were closing in about an hour. Sure enough, the lady that greeted me said she’d take care of it, after explaining my dress melt-​down. Despite how busy she was, she made the time to measure me and swiftly correct the dress to my size. She rescued me from a great disaster. This is REAL customer service. The adjustment was immaculate. I wish all cleaners had workers like her.

Grace is always awesome. I have brought cashmere sweaters with holes in them to be repaired. She does a very nice job.
She has also sewn patches onto my husbands work shirts.
Nice Korean family running this place. Always helpful. I think they are reasonably priced.
Have been going here for the last 3 years. Very friendly, very good quality.

I just sent in my suit for some detailed alteration work and it came back great! It was fast and a good price. Grace is excellent. I understand she can do full tailoring too and is the best around.

AWFUL experience! I took in a dress to be shortened on a Monday morning and requested it be completed by Wednesday at 5pm. The dress is a super simple style and is polyester. The Woman there said «no problem» to my timing, marked the dress after I tried it on and everything was set. Then Wednesday at 4:30 I come to pick up the dress and she told me she JUST DIDN’T DO IT… and was «so sorry». I had a wedding (I was a bridesmaid) that weekend but a 7pm flight that Wednesday. She really screwed me over and didn’t even bother to call. If you take in anything to be altered that is time sensitive, I would recommend checking their work by calling or stopping in the day before– otherwise, you may get an «I’m sorry» with a shoulder shrug.

Grace is awesome! She’s always super nice and takes really good care of me. She makes sure all my clothes are lint free and they always take off the tickets, which is a timesaver! She really cares for the clothes. I’ve gotten my jeans hemmed couple times and slacks, she does a wonderful job, and she makes sure for my jeans their original hem also.
