EEk! ME THINKS NOT is right! I wish I could give this place a NEGATIVE 500 stars. STAY AWAY! it is only a block from the United Center so thought we’d get a room after the game rather than cruise back home. I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT when I walked inside. It felt like we were in a jail not a hotel. It was that bad and scary… the first clue should have been the fact you can’t walk into the lobby without being «buzzed in»??? WTFFFF?
If you want to see what a crack hotel looks like, people, this is your place. I was scared for my life; the man who called himself the manager (behind the bullet proof glass at the desk) looked and acted like a wild animal. He literally barked at us «We aint got no rooms for you.» Yes, in that exact, illiterate wording… No hello, nothing. But that’s ok, pal, cuz I wouldn’t stay in this scum hole if it was free. It doesn’t look like a bad neighborhood outside but inside this place you instantly know you are in a «wrong» part of town.
