someone here made a comment that RPVM Management provide fast service is a TOTALLIE! They do not have sense of urgency at all. Whenever you call them to have decks cleaned, repair the always broken laundry or call their attention to clean the garden to ward off insects– it takes them weeks before they do some action. If your rent gets a day late, their new manager Kimberlee Carr does NOT give consideration even if your a tenant for years and will immediately give you a 5 day notice. Two staff of RPVM namely Kim Carr and Joseph are so mean and rude and needs to be fired and replaced with a better, decisive(NOT finicky) and highly professional property managers. They say something and eventually change it — like they notified everyone to varnish the decks and that everything should be cleared out, you got exhausted moving all your planter box and patio set then suddenly they would say«we’ll just do it next year» !! Likewise, your paying your rent and yet they do not provide payment receipts and this RPVM Manager(Kim Carr) try to control tenants– you want something repaired and yet they delay things and decide on matters for themselves without giving due satisfaction to tenants. Their office pretend to be busy yet nothing has been repaired, refurbished or does not even create activities to build rapport with residents other than seeing them with their grumpy and fucked up faces. Finally, If you are to renew your lease it takes them months before they give you a new one. There are far better Rental Properties that treats their tenants with respect, dignity and immediate service, apparently RPVM does not, they’re just after your rent money!

I’ve finally got a copy of my lease renewal. It only took two weeks. This company needs a few lessens on how to treat people. But overall just happy I didn’t have to take this further. I understand this issue isn’t or wasn’t Kendra’s fault. But I feel like the situation could of been handled in way better fashion.

Kendra and team are absolutely amazing! Since we moved into the Farcroft, we have had nothing but amazing service and timely help! Highly recommend any of their buildings-they take care of their tenants! Thank you for making our place feel like a home!
