Residences At River East Center

I find it only necessary to update my review for the Residences at River East Center. We have lived in the building for nearly four years now. The maintenance office and the front desk continue to be top notch. The facilities are also great. There is a gym — which isn’t massive but certainly gets the job done — and a function room that can be rented on the interior of the 4^th floor. On the exterior is a lovely patio and bbq area which is open for about 7 months a year for grilling and 12 months a year for meandering around.
I will say that over the last year or so, the management staff have really turned it around. I previously felt like they did not really care, but they have sure taken it up a notch. They definitely do care and really help out. They serve as a notary which has come in handy on a number of occasions. And they are more than happy to do so as well. They have really made an effort to have more community functions (Halloween, Christmas, Summer parties, etc.). It is much appreciated. Management office well done — you have sure won me over.

We have the best doormen in Chicago. And I’m gonna miss them when I move out after two years renting here.
