I lived here from 2013 – 14. The building appears quite nice overall, but it is very superficially nice. It is an older building with a new attractive but very cheaply done interior. The contractors that did the renovation cut every corner possible and Reside Living did nothing to verify the quality of their work. Washer/dryer facilities are limited and there is no room in the bike room. If you do not have a parking space, the lot is full and there is minimal street parking. You can hear everything in the hallway from your apartment(and vice versa), but you will almost never hear your neighbors in their rooms. If you move here, inspect the apartment very thoroughly and make them fix things. Maintenance is very good. Things to look for that I experienced: –separating floorboards — insulation between the air conditioner and the wall(I had a 1″ gap between the air conditioner and the wall that was exposed for 11 months that i didn’t’ know about) — poor caulking — holes in the wall next to closet light fixtures –poor water pressure and drain function(There was over 1 lb of hair from the girl who lived there before me in the bathroom sink drain). Yes, 1 pound of hair… I weighed it.

I lived here from 2001 – 2003. This is a 4+1 building. I would say if you like to play loud music or have parties do not move here. You can here your neighbors… And wow the prices have doubled since 2003. I used to pay $ 685 a month with parking.
