Slowest company with the worst employees. Sitting in back while you wait 25 minutes for your car to run your card and you can hear them just fucking around in the back while you sit there and wait.

So no one likes to get towed. It’s the worst. But you know what’s worse than the worst? Getting towed by UNATTRACTIVE people. First, a homeless looking UGLY fat man will wait in the shadows until you leave your car unattended for 5 seconds. He’ll waddle his fat wrinkly ass over to you car and hook it up to your truck, taking it away from you. THEN, when you figure out where to go, you’ll end up speaking to the fat UGLY cashier woman who will be short and ugly with you about the process to get your car back. Did I mention she’s ugly? And fat? Ew. Anyways, 0/10 experience I’d recommend getting towed by attractive people

Another illegal tow. Towed my awd car as a 2wd now I need a new transmission … Seems like I’m not the only one that has experienced this issue.

Awful people. Awful service. Illegally towed my car at the Walgreens on Belmont and Broadway today. I asked to see video, but was told I need to file a complaint with them. Instead I filed a tow complaint with the CPD Consumer Rights Dept.
When they found out I did and an investigator would be involved, they showed me a video on a terrible quality video phone, that proved absolutely nothing, besides me walking through the parking lot towards Walgreens. Their tune changed once I called 311 and finished my tow complaint. This is obviously not the first or last time they’ve done this, but take the proper action to get your money back and put these hillbillies out of work.

Even after you pick your car up from them, they cause trouble for you… They forgot to remove my car from their «towed list» after I picked it up from them couple months ago. My car was then stolen in downtown Chicago, and guess what happened when I called the police and tried to report my car as stolen. THEY CANT DO THAT BECAUSE LOVELY RENDERED SERVICES INC HAS MY CAR ON THE «TOWED LIST».

I would like to expose the malpractices of «Rendered Services» Towing company. I arrived at the Dunkin Donuts parking lot with my daughter after picking her up from her school and trying to spend some quality Daughter-​Daddy time and trying to reward her for her great 3^rd Quarter performance in school. My plan on the Friday, was to order a pizza from Dominos to go, followed by some Ice Cream. I parked my vehicle in the parking lot, walked two doors down, ordered the pizza — without any waiting because there was no line — and then I decided to immediately walk to Dunkin Donuts for the Ice Cream while the pizza was being made (All this happen within a span of three minutes), by the time I walked by where my car was parked on the way to Dunkin Donuts, my vehicle was gone. Nevertheless, my eight-​year-​old daughter was completely devastated and in tears because she’s never experienced such citizen abuse in her life. I don’t know what kind of any towing company prays on law abiding citizens within the first three minutes of parking at any place, and not given the courtesy of at least seeing if the individual will be heading to the corresponding business, so this can be avoided. I know this practice is or has to be illegal, and I’m appalled by the way this towing company conducts its business. I cannot justify the fact that my car can be towed in a matter of three minutes, just so «Rendered Services» can make a quick buck. I have been driving and parking in the City of Chicago as well as O’Hare airport and I have never, ever seen such practices, not even by our own «reputable» City Tow trucks.

It’s highly unlikely that a place like this will ever have five stars but I can say that I’m basing my review not off of being towed but on the ridiculous customer service on the phone and in person. I felt like I was calling in to a prison to speak with someone on death row, That’s how completely cold and rude the call was. It’s a thankless job, I get it. But if a person shows up at anyone else’s job we can’t just treat them like crap and be rude simply because they showed up. Apparently towing companies are the exception. You suck. Not because you’re towing cars but because you hire people who suck and you allow them to suck because you don’t think customer service is important.

Went through dunkin donuts drive through in Berwyn and then parked along adjacent building to pick up a pizza from domino’s. I was inside for 5 minutes to find my car towed. I called them and they said I left the dunkin donuts property and it didn’t matter that I purchased a dirink from them. The only sign stating anything about unauthorized parking being towed was at the back of the lot on a dumpster fence. It sat obstructed by other cars in the spaces that appeared to belong to the building that housed the domino’s. The lady on the phone knew exactly what I was wearing, which means they have spotters that phone in a truck as soon as you leave the car. What a crooked scam. I could see if you parked illegally, but to nab a patrons car is despicable. Hopefully the commission police can help me.

Without a doubt, this is the most corrupt, most diseased, most heinous organization this side of ISIS. From the tattooed welfare skanks and crack-​whores working behind the bullet-​proof glass to the pedophiles, rapists, and soul-​less, drooling thugs driving their ugly-​ass predatory trucks, I’ve never encountered a more loathsome collection of human garbage in my entire life. WARNING! They will steal your car. They will vandalize it. They will hold it hostage and laugh like braying jack-​asses while flies and feces pour from the pustule filled abscesses on their diseased faces, while you try to retrieve it. Not since Hitler’s inner circle has a more despicable boil festered on the asshole of humanity. If they were to all suddenly drop dead from some sort of Divine Intervention my faith in all-​knowing and just god would be immediately restored and I would drop to my knees, weeping tears of joy.

Absolutely the worst Towing Company in Chicago. I even had to get the police involved because they were so mentally abusive. The police were not suprised by the information I shared. They said they have to come to this towing company all the time. The woman at the window in the trailor is as ugly on the inside as she is on the outside. I feel sorry for someone who is that cruel.

Wow. This was quite the horrifying experience. I left my car today for no more that 10 minutes in a lot adjacent to the store I quickly ran into. When I came back my car was gone and a suspicious «shopper» sitting in his car in the parking lot informed me that he had seen it towed. I suspect he worked for Rendered Services and informed the tow truck waiting around the corner (how could a tow get there and get out with my car that fast?).
After a full hour of bus and train transportation (I was freezing, as I had left my coat in the car when I ran into the store) to get to their «business» location, I paid my $ 218.50 and got my car, only to find a huge dent in it that was not there when I parked it. They said they didn’t have anything to do with the dent, offered to sell me a $ 70 surveillance video to prove their innocence, and threatened me physically when I was taking a picture of my car in their lot to document the damage (one of the truck drivers yelled at me that if I didn’t move my car he would move it for me, and then gassed his truck towards me, stopping just short of me and my car). When I did move my car to the street immediately, he followed me in the truck, going out of his way to nearly hit me as he sped around my parked car.
I called the police but they said it was a civil matter, and my insurance agent said I would have a loser case in a civil court, since it was generally their word against mine. The police officer I spoke to told me this was legal crime, and their method of «finding» cars to tow was indeed illegal. The thug nature of the people here totally blew my mind. I suppose I’m just glad they stopped short of running me over and settled on merely taking my money, ruining my day, and breaking my car.

They improperly towed/​dragged my car and now my front axle now needs to be replaced. When I called to try to get some type of compensation (axle will cost $ 500+) the woman laughed and told me there is no way that could have been them. Likely story.

Squeezing your dog’s anal glands: fishing maggot larvae out of your eye: being caned for a crime you did not commit in a foreign country. What do these three things have in common? All three are highly preferable experiences to dealing with Rendered Services, the flea on the ass of a camel’s crotch scabie.
If you want to feel good, no GREAT, about your life, visit this 9^th level of hell and observe the self-​hating bridge trolls that earn their wages by conducting predatory towing practices in Chicago. Here are a few do’s and don’ts for your excursion into Satan’s infected colon polyp if your car is towed here:
1. DO: call the police and ask that they meet you here. It is not safe or advisable to visit this rat infested cemetery sewer without protection and witnesses, preferably armed ones.
2. DO: bring a camera to document the damage to your vehicle and your unfortunate interaction with the poor soul who is most obviously inebriated on the job and in charge of your «paperwork»
3. DO NOT: enter the wide-​open gate to the lot where your car sits. Even if you notice that your car is straight-​outta-​Compton on blocks. The aforementioned bridge troll WILL attempt to close the electronic gate and you will forever exist in this porta-​john scented purgatory.
4. DO: bring your drivers license and credit card. Prepare to pay with a credit card (no fees). There is a shady ATM on site, however I do not advise that you use this, lest the balance of your bank account be immediately transferred to ISIS or some similar compadre of these business owners.
5. DO: bend over, grab your ankles tight and prepare to be rectally invaded by the infamous Crook County greed machine to the tune of $ 219. Storage is an extra fee depending on how long you leave your car.
5. DO: pay the vipers, get your car, and blast out of there for a fabulous lunch in celebration of the 99.95% of your life that resembles nothing of this boil on the blister of a house fly’s ass.

******WARNING****** DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! ******I went to grab a sandwich across the street and I come back and my car is gone. I look all over for it thinking it’s stolen then I find the 1 sign in the lot saying you cant leave this shopping center lot or your car will be towed. These guys pick locks and steal cars faster than people who work for chop shops. 220 dollars just to get my car back. Most expensive sandwich ever. They must have been waiting in the lot for someone to go buy a sandwich across the street. UNBELIEVABLE

They are so rude!!!
My car got towed by them and found they broke my tail light. I called them and they said I should go to they company and talk to there manager. It was kind of noisy so I didn’t quite understand what she was saying. Then she hang up my call. I called back she quickly repeat their address and said bye then hang up. Then I called several times, when she picked up the call and noticed it was me she would hang up. The last time before she hang up she said to someone «This is the seventh time she called. «and laughing loudly.

Ok there is really only one reason to come here and it is to pick up your car that was recently towed. The people here are mean but they get yelled at by most who call/​come by so they are going to be mean.
But seriously, they were in behind the encased glass laughing and having a good time while processing my car. Without so much as really paying attention to me.

Illegally towed our car from the parking lot outside of HOME GOODS on ELSTON in & when we showed up to pick the car up, the porky latina was rude to us from the GETCO. Yelled at us, gave us attitude for no reason & refused to give us instructions as to how we go about retrieving our car. After 30 minutes of trying to ask the woman politely, she kept mocking us to the point where we actually had to call the POLICE because she refused to tell us where the car was. I was told that I was «lucky» there was a BULLET PROOF glass between us.
After we finally got to the car, the car was damaged & this place refused to take responsibility.
No customer service.
Zero Respect.
Zero Responsibility.
I tried to understand why these people here were being so rude, but then I realized that their job consists of them getting yelled at by everyone they came in contact with. I understand your job is hard, but when someone talks to you with respect, try to do the same.

This company jumps at the chance to tow your car, legal towing opportunity or not.
They damaged the transmission in my pickup truck because they do not use flatbed tow trucks. The truck was parked in gear, since it’s a stick shift (manual transmission) and there is no parking brake. My truck was towed from Swap O Rama (Ashland /​Pershing area) because I was apparently parked too close to «yellow lines» from the business which was there before Swap O Rama.
The people you have to deal with at Rendered Services are rude on the phone when you call them. Terrible customer service and The $ 218 I had to pay to get my vehicle back (after less than an hour and less than 10 blocks of towing) was obscene.
You people are bastards.

My wife parked in a spot that WAS marked no parking, but she was only inside dropping the kids off for 90 seconds to 2 minutes. (There is no safe and legal alternative for dropping kids within a block of this school). I had no idea a tow truck could get a car and take it away that fast– clearly the guy was lurking, ready to pounce. My wife saw that the sign said $ 45, and I thought that was a steal, as far as getting towed goes. Turns out that was the daily STORAGE fee, which they charged us, on top of the $ 216 fee, even though the car was only there for a few minutes– we had followed our car to the lot. After we got the car back, all the warning lights stayed on for a day and the steering was screwed up.
What keeps them from charging more than $ 260– did they figure any more would incite torch mobs? Great business model– issuing heartbreak and hardship for profit. How DO they sleep at night? Scum. Of. The. Earth. I see the BBB rates them with an F.
And according to Julia C.: «I gave the make and color of my bf’s car. Despite the fact that I’m not registered anywhere on the title, insurance, or registration, they were happy to release it for about $ 200.»
So, #1 we paid the daily storage fee and we didn’t have to? Was it the cashier’s judgment to do that because we expressed our frustration that our kids were stranded until we could get the car to get back to them? She didn’t look at us for the first 3 or 4 minutes, even though there was nobody else around paying their ransom at the time. And #2, does Julia C.‘s comment mean that I could go shopping for a new car– come with $ 200 and look past the barbed wire fence and describe what car I would like to drive away??? (All I need to do is learn to hotwire a car– is there a YouTube video for that?)

That’s right– puts you in a pretty crappy condition.

This is a fraudulent and deceptive company. They illegally towed my vehicle — a UHaul Truck while I was in the process of moving. A $ 520.00 tow! The driver was rude, threatening, and violent. The company promised to contact us and to provide video of tow. After two months they have done none of these things.
On August 31, I was moving out of the building located at 4651 North Greenview Avenue, Chicago, IL 60 640. I had rented a U-​Haul truck and hired movers to assist. The truck was parked on the south side of the building from which I was moving. There is no signage on the building indicating that this is a restricted area or tow zone (we have photos to prove this), dumpsters from the businesses located on the ground floor of the building are present.
With consideration to the traffic that passes through this alley, the movers parked the truck linear with the dumpsters (and almost flush with the building) as to not obstruct any entrance and exit from the underground parking area. Additionally, there is a dividing beam between the loading dock for the building due south (Staples) and said alley as well as a clearly visible sign indicating that this area is a tow zone. Considering the divider and absence of a sign on my building, we assumed the north portion of this driveway/​alley property belonged to the building from which I was moving and occupation by tenants thereof was permitted.
As we were moving a few items from upstairs, one of the movers alerted us that a towing company was present with the intention to confiscate the vehicle. The other driver immediately entered the vehicle and sat in the driver’s seat in an attempt to fend off the vehicle’s removal while the situation was sorted. Upon returning to the location, the movers and I witnessed the tower attaching the U-​Haul to his truck, with the second mover in the driver’s seat, and attempting the closure of the back of the truck. We immediately explained the situation to the driver, pointed out the rationale of our thinking the alley belonged to my building and asked for his name. At this point, the driver began yelling and justifying the action. Again, we asked for his name he refused to grant us this information.
My friend, having arrived to the scene, gathered from the content of the tow driver’s tirade, that the alley belonged to the store Staples (4610 N Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60 640) located due north. He proceeded to leave the scene and enter the store. After asking for a general manager, it was explained that the alley in fact did not belong to the Staples, but was rented from a third party. At this point, my friend returned to where the vehicle was and relayed this information to the movers and myself. The tow driver then said, «Shut the fuck up you fucking faggot», at which point my friend again left the scene and called the towing company as marked on his vehicle.
The operator with whom he spoke apologized for the situation and it’s escalation but said that nothing could be done as it was a holiday weekend and no managers were available. She recommended that we call the police and call back the following day, as the owner of the tow company would be back from vacation. After roughly half an hour to forty-​five minutes of waiting for the police, we alerted the movers to close the back of the truck in order to allow the tow to proceed as we only had a few more hours of U-​Haul rental time.
The following week, after numerous attempts at calling to speak with the owner of the tow company, and repeatedly being told that he was either out of the office or unavailable, we wrote letters, and filed complaints with the attorney general’s office, City of Chicago Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, and other agencies, and are pursuing legal action. We were assured by the owner of the tow company that the surveillance video from the towing vehicle would be examined and we would be contacted within the next two days. After two months this still has not occurred.
All the evidence points to a clear lack of signage indicating any wrong doing on my or the movers part. Our vehicle was illegally towed. Additionally, the tow truck driver went on a profanity filled tirade and used a highly offensive epithet during the situation. The tow truck company owner promised repeatedly to call us back and to provide a copy of the video recording. This company is deceptive and fraudulent.

Fast. Simple. Good Customer Service. (From reading reviews I must have came on a good day)
I let the lady know at the window once finding out that my tire was flat that I just gotten the car checked out and that was impossible that the tire was flat. I explained to her that it must have gotten busted in the process of the towing. They called their manager and the manager arranged for me to go to a shop where they found my tire to get it replaced, FREE OF CHARGE! Plus they towed my car over to the shop so I could get my cars tire replaced! Overall had a decent experience, getting your car towed is never a great experience.
