The location of the store was nice and easy to go there. Their phone collection was perfect for the customer got many kinds of phone. Their product quality very fast not over priced. Thanks for their responsible service and will go back for the next time.

This review is for the sprint dealer inside radio shack: I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who visited the store on 8⁄13 to get a replacement sprint phone. Francis and her boss went above and beyond to help her find a replacement phone that fit her needs and didn’t try and pressure her into an iphone like other sprint locations. She was very happy with the service at this location and we will be returning in the future.

I bought a new router and have been having issues since. Had both my internet provider and geeksquad try to fix. both state that it is my router. Took the router back within the time frame allowed for returns but was unable to even exchange the equipment because I didn’t have the paper receipt. I am in the computer with my credit card I used to purchase the router but still wasn’t allowed to return. The young kid working kept making other excuses why the router was not working even though these don’t stand up to common sense since there were no problems before this purchase and all other parties state that it was the router I have shopped here many times to buy hard to find batteries and such, but will no longer shop there. They all should had gone bankrupt. Sad that customer service is the reason that otherwise decent businesses go out of business

Called in and asked for some general info… Person on the phone was very professional and advised me to bring in my DVD player. I am missing the power chord. Low and behold… They have it! Employees are very nice and extremely helpful. No complaints here.

I’m one of those mean people who usually writes reviews for bad experiences. This is an exception. I bought my first smartphone from this store and the two women working that Friday evening were great. Unfortunately once I got the phone home the camera was not working so I took it back. The staff was happy to help me, tried to troubleshoot it, and ultimately ended up giving me a new phone. All the time like they were happy to be there helping a customer. That, in my experience, is very rare.
