Absolutely love them! Came here a second time with my boyfriend and the guys there are super helpful and sweet! They’re very knowledgeable and know what they’re talking about! Will definitely be back and refer my friends here as well!

I don’t understand the negative reviews. Yes, the prices are higher but you’re supporting a neighborhood store. I only come here for replacement coils but the service is very, very friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of house brand juices. I wish they carried other brands (my favorites are Must Vape and Roc Vapers) but I go through them very slowly. For my needs, I enjoy going here. PS: They are under new management.

PURCHASED OPENED E-​LIQUID BOTTLES
I showed up here at 12PM when they opened. There was a sign on the door saying «BRB coffee run» while a huge group of people stood outside and froze their asses off until 12:25 when the stoner running the store finally showed up.
Bought 4 bottles of E-​Liquid here. Each and every one had the safety seal broken and had been opened. A person left the little needle thing at the top loose and it spilled out everywhere. Looks like someone was either skimming the bottles off the top and putting them back on the shelf. If they weren’t doing that I’d hate to think of why else all these bottles had been opened.
Never going here again. I’ve been a lot before but that was the last straw.
Edit: Also, I have realized that all bottles are diluted. There is basically no flavor at all. I have gotten these exact flavors before. Maybe they are diluting them with PG and that’s why they were opened.

I bought two vaporisers at this store, the last being over $ 100, as I was strongly encouraged by one of the sales people. A bit after one month, the tank was leaking constantly, so I went to the store to check what’s wrong and they told me they didn’t know and couldn’t do anything. I had to buy another tank for $ 50 that came in an unsealed box, and soon realised a lot of the contents were missing. According to the blond sales guy «I should check cause it should be there». I asked him for a reprint of my receipt to see if I could use the guarantee but he told me he could not go that far back in the system (less than two months? Really?) On another occasion, I asked him if he could show me how to prep the wire for the rebuildable coil, and he told me I should go online.
Awful service, cocky attitude and people who will really take your money at any expense. Strongly encourage to check other stores, which will consider replacing damaged property.

I was really impressed with their selection and their prices. Sure, you can order online but if you add in the shipping, it comes out the same and for my purchase they beat the online prices! Plus you get the satisfaction of supporting a local, independently owned business. The staff was just wonderful: very welcoming, accommodating of my temporary disability, and knowledgeable about their products. Not only will I go back, I recommend you do, too!

Discovered Purple Turtle one night when looking at neon signs. Turned out they had the vape supplies I was looking for after my other store stopped selling the things I needed. Friendly and knowlegeable staff and a very comfortable shopping experience too!

I went in looking for a first glass rig. Guys and gal in this place seemed cool at first.
Although everything was overpriced, they found me a piece in my range.
It looked great and they recommended it. I trusted them.
One hour later the piece was completely clogged. Unusable. 200 dollars down the drain.
I went in to complain. they pleaded ignorance but offered me a 50 percent discount on cleaner.
It felt like they knew it was going to happen…
I’ll never set foot in this store again.
They knowingly sold me faulty merchandise.
Legal robbery.
If I could give them negative stars I would.
Go down to Belmont where there are a half dozen stores with substantially better prices.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, good selection, good prices. I’m very happy with the store, but the hours are weird and the ones on Unilocal aren’t correct I don’t think. If you guys posted your hours on the building it would help a lot. You seem to be closed early/​randomly.
Also the website on the sticker you handed out doesn’t work.

I am very happy that this shop is right next door to where I live! I vape and this shop is perfect for what I need (0: I was just in there tonight and was talking to the owner and he helped me pick out a ejuice. He was very knowledgable and had patience since I was very indecisive lol. The shop was very clean and the staff was awesome! I can’t wait to come back there and check out all the cool things you have there! Thanks for the menthol ejuice! And welcome to the neighborhood!

Not a vape shop really. More of a smoke place. they have Some «in house juices» not made there, but don’t bother with them IMO. Doesn’t seem to have any interest in getting any other juice brands in there??? Which make no sense to me. Clean shop. But very green to vaping. As a smoke shop look like the selection was big. But for a vape shop its subpar for Chicago.

4 stars just for a new smoke shop in my hood! I popped in last night– Friendly staff, still pulling the store together.
They have a huge selection of glass, but of course not my brand of papers or tobacco, the items I buy on a regular basis. I may have to talk them into carrying them for me. (Joker 1 ¼ papers and London export by Stokkebye’s!)
So, it remains to be seen, and I am a little concerned about the store attracting the gang element from the Thorndale hot spot south of us, but for the most part, pretty excited. Welcome, Mr. Turtle!
