As an owner of two business, I am a HUGE fan of Prodigy Teks. Incredibly knowledgeable, dependable with a high level of ethics. I would have no problem referring this company to other colleagues and have done so on many occasions. I applaud their professionalism and great customer service.

The most impressive quality of Prodigy Tek is the level of their ethics– right from the beginning they advised that repairing my laptop would cost awfully close to what I’d spend to just buy a new one! I chose to have them repair it anyway, and from that point on every step of the process was great– they were clear on what everything would cost and how long it would take, and made sure I understood and agreed before doing anything. I recommend them, and will definitely come back to them if I have any further problems.

I would like to take a moment and give much praise to this company. I have had two experiences with them and have a personal relationship with the owner who gave me his cell# Wow who does that these days. Above all the professionalism and service wee impeccable. Fast, courteous knowledgeable! I highly recommend them for you computer tech needs.

I love my laptop as much as the next person, and when it started slowing down and acting up, I was sad.
I heard of ProdigyTeks on Google offers and decided, «why not?»
I figured, that if they didn’t help and if they were to charge a fortune, I at least had a discount already.
I was surprised at a couple of things:
1. The representative was really nice
2. He listened before speaking
3. The prices were super reasonable
(I google’d prices after being quoted, yes, I like to save my hard-​earned money)
4. There was NO judging!
5. and finally it was HASSLE FREE!
Yay! I’m all for a job well done, affordable pricing and tips on how to avoid such issues in the future, along with other questions I had about my very loved laptop :)

I was told by a friend to come to ProdigyTeks because I had a bad virus to my laptop. Left very happy. Incredible work and very neat about everything. Listens to what is the problem and only related to it will they fix. I would recommend this place to a friend. Great work!!!
