I am a Unilocaler but I don’t review many places. This place is a hidden gem. If you don’t live near Printer’s Square, you might don’t know its existence. You have to come inside 700 building and there is no sign outside of building.
I met Choi in November 2014 and she is really hardworking and friendly.
I stop by twice a week and price is very reasonable. Price can vary depending on your garments so you can ask her to write down the price for better communication.
Our first language is same so everytime I visit her, we chat about daily lives. I can recommend this place if you need quality cleaner service.

My experiences have always been pleasant, on time and with very reasonable prices. The owner and business have been there for years. We’ve moved away but I still drop stuff off. She still remembers us. A gem.

The dry cleaning is competent and the prices cheap. I’ve taken a few suits and coats and many shirts to them, and everything’s come back looking great. I’ve not yet given them complex alterations, but for simple things like hemming pants and shortening sleeves they do a fine job. The staff are friendly and as often as not remember your order and have it waiting before you’ve even made it to the counter.

Terrible customer service! I live in the building complex and I would NEVER use them. The people inside are so unfriendly and bark at you. I inquired about prices and I felt as if I was wasting her time. Useless.
