This place is terrible. I had a terrible experience. My mom’s friends referred her to this place(only reason I called and came here with her). Everytime I spoke with someone on the phone, they had different information. They lied to me and tried to take advantage giving me 3 different pricing just to get me to come in and letting me know they will even give me a free modem. When I came, they lied about another 3 times, and then once they were ready to get everything set up, they switched the pricing on me almost double. I walked out and would never do business with these people. I am sorry to say, but they take advantage of Polish Speaking people that are not internet/computer savy. I ended up calling Comcast myself and setting up the same service for less than what they originally told me, and when I got there they told me «sorry that deal is over» and the«free modem» is for other services.

Never have I been so utterly insulted and accosted like I have been at Polexport. The customer service is blatantly rude(if you do not speak Polish) and very pushy. I cannot recommend this business to anyone… EXCEPT if you are a winner for $ 1,000,000 dollars for a radio station that needs you to call them back within the hour, and you somehow become paralyzed in front of that store, and happen to have extra money on you than other places would charge… then«maybe», just«maybe» you can get your phone in under an hour and get a million buckaroos.) If the above doesn’t apply to you, then stay far away. So why such a low rating? Here are my experiences(yes, that is plural… unfortunately). At Polexport, I found that all of the agents were currently busy. So I awkwardly stood to the side and waited for someone to be available. In that timeframe of 10 minutes, other customers entered the store. Finally when an agent was free, she forgot that I was waiting next and started talking to someone else. However, that man was nice enough to say that«No no, that gentleman was here before me.»(Here’s the real shocker) — The agent then said, «No he wasn’t. You came first. He can wait.» What!!! How rude!!! Anyways, after such a rude incident, I came for one purpose and that was to activate a phone. So I started asking about different plans and prices. She became very agitated when I asked detail questions and wanting to get things clarified. She said, «I already answered that… Are you not paying attention to me… Don’t you understand what I’m saying…» That was literally insulting a customer to their face. Wow… Just, open-mouthed, jaw-dropped, wow…
