Thank you, Pizza Studio, for hosting a fundraising event for our school at your store. The made-to-order pizzas and salads were great for our crew of families with young children. The quality and variety of ingredient options is impressive, especially for people with dietary restrictions; I heard one mom say it was the best gluten-free crust she’d ever tasted. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable. We’re grateful for the opportunity to enjoy a meal as a school community while also making some money to support our educational programming. We look forward to coming back soon!

This pizza is delicious. I love how you can customize everything from the type of crust used, to the type of cheese, toppings, you name it! I love the personal pan size and it works great for families and friends that have all different tastes. The price is very reasonable too.

I really wanted to like this place. I’ve been there twice, ate there once. I went the first time to pick up some food for a friend stuck at work with no break. She ordered online and they said it would be 15 minutes. I showed up close to 20 minutes later and they informed me it had just gone in the oven. There was one other person there. Not a biggie but a bit annoying for a place that promises a 2 minute cook time. It looked good though and I liked the variety of options they had so a few days later when my evening plans got cancelled I decided to give it a shot. Now here is the part that will make me look like an asshole, so I’ll own my assholery. They closed at 10(on Saturday night, really?) and with traffic I didn’t make it till 9:47. by Normally I’d go elsewhere but I had a particularly shitty night and was looking forward to picking up a quick pizza and eating it all alone in my PJ’s at home. I walk in to an empty restaurant and hear«oh shit» followed by something along the lines of «stop wrapping everything up, we aren’t closing. Having looked at the menu a few days before and knowing I was being a bit of an asshole I had pre-decided on one of their«masterpieces» which is one of their pre-designed options as opposed to a build your own. My pizza took 15 minutes. I saw that it took less than 3 minutes to assemble so I’m perplexed at the math here. While my pizza was being made I could hear the employees mumbling about me. When I apologized for coming in so late she was VERY cheerful and friendly(this was the oh shit employee). When I got my pizza home it was basically inedible. Floppy crust, raw onions(menu said caramelized), overly sweet BBQ sauce, flavorless chicken all terrible. The kicker though was there was something VERY spicy on the pizza. Not sure if the employees did this to mess with me for coming in late, but I couldn’t eat more than two slices because this spice was unbearable. I like build your pizza places and I like that they support local artists, but I won’t be back to this place.

The firecracker crust was amazing! The pizza was light and fresh with all natural ingredients. Exploding with veggie and FLAVOR! Best of all, no pork products.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while running errands. My husband and I decided to split a pizza. The staff was friendly and took our order well despite us being a little indecisive. We created our own on the flax crust. They claim it takes two minutes but once we were seated we probably waited a minimum of five minutes, even though nobody was in front of us. The pizza was pizza. Nothing special. It was a bit too greasy for our liking especially since it was such a thin crust. Otherwise nothing out of the ordinary. For you’re in need of a quick pizza option this will do but I can definitely find better.

Amazing one-price crispy thin crust pizza in just a few minutes!!! I was skeptical about the whole grain and flax seed crust but Jackie the chef assured me it would be tasty and crispy. She was right. Great service and uncommonly great vibe. I posted a photo and I will come back.

Disappointing. I like a little more of a doughy crust — this was more like a flatbread, burnt around the edges. Also, it was excessively greasy, which I couldn’t figure out because I watched them put all the ingredients on top and nothing looked greasy from what I could see. They must put something in the pan or on top after it comes out of the oven. All in all, it was just«meh.» I suppose it’s relatively quick, but next time, if I want to get a «fast food» pizza — I’ll just order Papa Johns or Dominoes — it may not be AS fast, but the pizza(in particular the crust) tastes better. If you’re gonna indulge in pizza, it should at least taste good.

Driving past, ok it was more like sitting in the ever eternal presence of traffic on Elston avenue, I noticed that the little empty shop space is now occupied by Pizza Studio. Now initially, I had my doubts on a 2 minute pizza. Can it be good enough for me to want to come back? Ingredients, are they fresh? Ok how about the crust, oh wait, they make that fresh too, and the cheese is fresh, natural ingredients. I still had my doubts. It’s a good pizza, don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t call it great. It’s worth a stop by if you’re in the area. The salads are ok, as well as the cookies. Sauce is mellow and sweet. Cheese is alright. I always ask for extra cheese here. The crust has a nice crunch to it. It’s overall good, but it’s not like I have schoolgirl dreams that I can’t wait to see the next day. Parking is a bit of a challenge in the lot especially weekends.

Before you go telling me how gross my pizza looks because it’s not all red & tomato-y, me just eating pizza is a miracle — so leave me alone! =D I’ve always told people, «I don’t like pizza». In reality, the overall concept is fine but it’s the tomatoes I’m not into. Whenever places offer non tomato sauce bases, I’m a happy girl. Pizza Studio does just that in offering a few different bases. Gotta be honest, Pizza Studio left a bitter first impression in my mind. They got me there by sending a mailer for a free pizza to my place. You will always get me with free! I got there right at 11, excited to try them out… and…doors locked! I watched others go up & experience the same thing, then leave. They ended up opening the doors at 11:09 which isn’t a huge deal, I realize, but it’s not 11am. Plus, they lost some customers who ended up walking away. When they did open, the staff was very friendly but way rehearsed. I don’t know why I feel like I need authenticity in my service experience but apparently I do. I prefer genuine niceness or straight forwardness over the robot-like repeating over & over of lines. Something just feels awkward as heck about it to me! Either way, put in my order… it was just me and another couple in there. Whoever said the pizza takes 2 minutes to bake is high because that isn’t the case & doesn’t even make sense. Puffer piece alert!!! It doesn’t take long at all… it was about 7 minutes from when my pizza went in the oven to when it came to me. But 2 minutes? Nu uh. Pizza Studio is cool because you pick a crust(which includes a spicy crust option) and then pick all your own ingredients. They have about 4 pre-decided pizza topping options but they aren’t all that exciting so you can go with your own for best results. They have a good variety of fresh ingredients to pick from and I went with a pesto base topped with chicken, a little garlic and mushrooms. The pizza was bigger than some similar places I have been to(ie Pie Five & Blaze — these place be poppin’ up everywhere!) but also was not quite as fantastic. It was super duper greasy for being baked but was pretty tasty. I think how much you like your pizza will all come down to what ingredients you put on your pie. Keep in mind… this isn’t deep dish… this isn’t your normal thin crust… this is like a fast food version of pizza. It comes out to a little under $ 9, unlimited toppings and could be good in a pinch! I can’t really see myself going back here when there are so many amazing food options in the area, but I do nearly all my shopping in this area so who knows?! I think I’ll give it another go in a few months to see if they’ve stepped up their game… and start opening at their scheduled time! :)

This place is alright. I work nearby, and took advantage of the free pizza promotion they had going on when they first opened. I thought it was great, but free pizza is always great. On my second time, it was not the same. The staff took about 20 minutes to even take my order, burned another customers pizza, incessantly asked everyone to join their useless benefits program, and honestly– the pizza is just alright. As a Chicagoan I have high expectations. Pretty much just like Blaze pizza but not as awesome. I am completely baffled by the numerous 5 star reviews and have a feeling the owners asked their friends to write reviews or something. This place is fine for lunch, but budget your time accordingly and do not listen to the false praise of this establishment.

A new pizza spot that is worth going for another visit. Pizzas are made to order in front of you with the toppings of your choice. There are only one size pizzas with unlimited toppings of your choice. The pizzas are baked and brought fresh to your table. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I also tried The house salad and was impressed. Salad was fresh and crisp. The parking lot can be full due to other nearby businesses so I recommend walking if you can.

My first time here and I gotta say AMAZING! The pizza tastes delicious and for $ 7.99 you get to build your own pizza– pick a crust, choose a sauce, cheese and unlimited toppings! Didn’t explore the toppings too much but they have many and the basics too :) the line moved a little slow but definitely worth the wait because once my last topping was on it literally took like 3 minutes to get it cooked and delivered to my table! New and hot place and will definitely return!

This is a nice add for a lunch choice. Some of the toppings aren’t my favorite for pizza standbys(I prefer regular black olives and pork Italian sausage), and their lemonade needs more sugar(no packets even for the fountain iced tea), but there’s enough choices for everyone to be happy — even vegans and those on GF diets. No, it is not what I would call *real pizza*, speaking as a native — thin crust, deep dish or otherwise. However, it’s a big step up from Pizza Hut — even if I do like going to the lunch buffet on North and Western every so often and for about the same price.

This place is the fastest pizza place I’ve been to. They have a gluten-free dough! The ingredients are fresh and the crust is thin and crunchy! I built my own pizza the way I wanted it to be. You go down the line telling the staff exactly what you want on your pizza. You choose everything from the crust, to the cheese, to the toppings. The Firecracker crust is a winner. You can add any topping at no extra charge. Their salad was tasteful and fresh served in a unique salad bowl. My order was ready in less than 3 minutes. I liked this concept. The staff is fast and friendly. I love Pizza. This is my go to spot!

This is my new go to spot!!! You can make your own pizza with your choice of crust and unlimited toppings!!! I always try to find a place where my best friend(who is vegan) can eat too and I love that they have vegan cheese and tons of roasted veggies. The pizza cooks in two minutes and it is a great idea for taking out people who have dietary restrictions or are picky like my six nephews. Everyone can make their own. I will definitely be a regular here. The staff is super friendly and it’s nice to have another option for a quick lunch or dinner that isn’t tacos or sandwiches. I’ve been dreaming about my balsamic glazed creation since going here. Yummy! If I could give it six stars I would.

Wow! I just found my new favorite restaurant! No other pizza place will ever come close in comparison to here. Such a great variety to choose from. I wanted to try them all but the main pizza that caught my attention was the Firecracker Crust. Italian Beef, chicken, chicken sausage, meatballs. It was just the right amount of spice and with the ranch drizzle on top just made it all complete! Most definitely two thumbs up!!!
