HORRIBLE! super unprofessional staff. Not to mention I love Pizza Hut but this was just horrible service. We went in at 8pm to eat there and we sit down after like 15 min we noticed we had to order in the long line which was extremely long and I didn’t have cash so I was going to pay in my debit card and they had a note to be safe not to use it. Then the supposedly waiter is like oh no dining area is close?!! WHAT? How do you close the dining area? When they close at 10 or so? Not to mention I just read people got food poisoned wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. Not to mention the tables were dirty with entrée on the table of the people that were there earlier.

DONOTORDERFROMTHISPLACE! I placed an order online at 8:00pm, estimated delivery time was 30 minutes and at 10:20 it still had not arrived! I even called in at 8:15 to confirm my order with them. Not only that, but they lied to me multiple times when I called in saying my food was already on its way when clearly it was not. After a 2+ hour wait I decided to cancel my order. This was the third and final time that I try ordering from here. Overall horrible service.

So, I wish I would of looked up the reviews of this location. All the stories basically were similar to mine, but the wait was 3 hrs I order online and was not notified! Than I called an canceled my order the lady hung up on me in mid sentence but to her surprise she didn’t hang up, I was still listening and she began to talk about me. So I hung up called again and spoke with the manger and told the manger I heard everything she said. Not professional and if she didn’t have time for my b/s then why is she working there? Sad but I know I’ll NEVER order or attend that location!(Btw I have a pregnant wife so it’s even worse!)

I placed an online order for delivery and it was supposed to arrive an 1 later per the confimation email. Food arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes later and it arrived cold. I had called to find out where my food was 10 minutes before it arrived and the lady put me on hold for over 8 minutes. I hung up and called back and she answered immediately and took care of me. So I was on hold for no reason. The whole time I was on the phone she had an attitude

We placed out order in at 3:43pm. It is now currently 4:44. They said we will wait just 30 minutes. I called 10 minutes ago with the person saying the delivery driver just left. I’m sure my pizza is already cold. I tried calling to ask as well and was put on hold for 6 minutes. 4:46 now and still no pizza…

BEWAREDONOTORDERFROMHERE! Story time!- I was sitting at home one windy night when my stomach began to grumble with hunger. It came to me that I really wanted pizza. Since I was hungry I bypassed all logic and order from the pre-populated pizza hut. I The online order stated my pizza was to arrive in 30 minutes. SO I waited… and waited… and waited. I waited so long my hunger went away. after an hour of waiting I called the phone number for the location. No answer. I called again and again and again. and no one answered. I started to panic… I thought to myself… what if… what if… this pizza place is close. Luckly I landed one of my calls with pizza hut customer service. They informed me they were open… but like all customer service, placed me in limbo and made me wait 28 minutes to talk to someone else. I hung up and went directly to the source… This store. Mind you this was two hours later. They stated it was out for delivery. But I had had enough. I asked for my money back while having their customer satisfaction line on speaker phone. They questioned wether I had paid already and had to pull out my secret weapon… the confirmation email. I got my money back and placed a report… but sadly I will never be tasting their Delicious vegetarian pizza. No amount of vegetables and cheese is worth the ineptitude of the workers at this store. Sorry pizza hut you lost my business.

If i could give them negative stars I would. They have the worst customer service and are beyond rude. It took them about 2 ½ to deliver our pizza last time. We called to redeem our $ 20 credit they gave us and were told they didnt have drivers and hung up on us . Definetly avoiding this place from now on !

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They recognized that I had my hands full with my baby and my order. They jumped to offer me assistance to my vehicle and helped carry out my order. They were very friendly and did this after the bill was paid with no expectation of gratuity. The pizza is standard Pizza Hut but on this night, the service was excellent.

The only reason to order from here is half off wing Wednesday. Their wings are awesome but expensive every other day. Pizza Hut pizza is terrible. They also close at ten during the week which is way too early for a pizza place especially in the city. Domino’s is better in everything but their wings, including prices.

I will never order pizza from this location again. The delivery driver apparently went to the wrong address twice and then ended up driving back to the Pizza Hut because he «didn’t want us to have a cold pizza and wanted to get us a fresh one.» That is understandable but he didn’t bother giving us a call first and letting us know about his detour. We ended up having to call the Pizza Hut and cancel our order after we waited 2 hours for our pizza that never showed up. The manager was very rude and unsympathetic over the phone. The only reason I like this place is because I like their 50 cent Wing Wednesday Special and the place is a few minutes from my home. I have learned, from 2 bad experiences to order my wings 30 – 40 minutes before going to pick them up. This place is horrible. Bad service. They drag so much. I waited 45 minutes one time for some wings. They always have people waiting and they don’t try and hurry up. And it is not like it’s packed or anything. They’re just slow. I advise to call and place your order over the phone instead of going there personally. Do it at least 30 minutes before. They tell you it’ll be ready in 20, but your food won’t be ready.

I made the mistake of trying Pizza Hut again after having a horrible experience a few months ago. I placed my order online, then forgot about it. Two hours later I realize that my food wasn’t there, and called the store. After being put on hold for 10 minutes, being disconnected, then being put on hold for another 10 minutes, I was told my pizza was«on it’s way.» Half an hour later, it showed up. I should have learned then to avoid this Pizza Hut. Last night at 643pm I placed an order. The email confirmation said my pizza would be delivered at 918pm. I attempted to call the store to find out if this was, in fact, the time I should be expecting my pizza, but my calls went unanswered. An hour later I got a call from the store saying that they were OUT of what I ordered. I had ordered Dinner box– could they not put the pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks in A DIFFERENTCONTAINER? I asked if I changed my order would it REALLY be coming at 918pm. There was an unintelligible response. I said to cancel my order. Twenty minutes later I received my order from Domino’s.

I live in Oak Park but we always go here for Pizza Hut b/c it is ALWAYS on time and ALWAYS right. I’ve tried Melrose Park(horrible) and Berwyn/Cicero(filthy and sloooow) and this one always beats them hands down. Granted, you need to drive through something that resembles IRAQ to get to this Pizza Hut — but so far we have lived to tell the tale. Sometimes you just need some Pizza Hut! This is the place to go.

Saw a commercial 4 the big 2 foot long pizza with 3 toppings 4 $ 12 so i figured i might as well try it. What a waste of $ 12! It doesn’t matter how big the pizza is if it tastes like garbage! Yuck! There was not enough sauce on the pizza so it was pretty dry. Then the pepperoni, green peppers, and onions seemed to have no flavor too. I haven’y eaten in a Pizza Hut in decades and now I’m realizing why — their food sucks!

If I could shoot fire out of my hand and burn the smart @ss attitude off the managers face I would have done just that. We went into the restaurant to place our order and were second in line behind another couple. When our turn up to bat came they took our order and we sat down. After forty minute the first couple got up(pissed) and demanded a refund because they hadn’t received there order. After another ten minute a very nice waitress came out and asked us if we were waiting for our order. It had been setting inside a warming oven for twenty minutes before she realized the manager hadn’t given it to us. I asked to speak to the manager and this guy was a total tool bag, jag off. He wanted to argue with me and tell me that I hadn’t been waiting that long. I pulled out the receipt to prove my point. We ended up with a refund but again the manager should have been fired for sucking. AVIOD this place like Chinese milk products.

I live 2 blocks away from this Pizza Hut and I had realized I haven’t had pizza from here since I was about 12! So a huge craving came over me and I couldn’t help but to order the stuffed crust pizza. We also got some bread something that’s an add on but it did not taste well at all. I wasn’t excited about that. It was beyond gross and I can’t even describe the taste. It was more so. tasteless if anything. I will definitely stay away from that. But the pizza was great.
