If i could give this place 0 stars i would. After 2 hours my pizza was still not delivered. I called multiple times after an hour and 40 minutes to check on it and no on would answer. Finally i used anotger phone and the guy that took my order answered. He said my pizza had already left and was on its way. After another 20 minutes i called again. The pizza is 1.5 miles from my house. It doesnt take 20 minutes to get there. After calling multiple times i was put through to customer service. 2 hours and 25 minutes later the pizza arrived cold and over priced. For $ 18 you could get a warm pizza from a thousand mom and pop shops in chicago.

I usually don’t post Unilocal reviews because that’s not my style, but I have just had the most awful experience with this Pizza Hut location. To begin My girlfriend and I decided at 7:30 to order a pizza to be delivered(large pizza, bread sticks, and a brownie dessert). We placed this order online and was told that it would take 2 hours to be delivered. 2 hours is excessive, but ok I agreed to it. 2 hrs and 1 minute has passed and I called the store in inquire about my delivery. When I finally spoke to someone at the store they informed me that they are backed up on delivery and haven’t even made my food yet… I can understand that they want the pizza to be fresh when delivered. However, what I couldn’t understand was why no one from the store could have called me and told me that my food would take 3 hours to get to me. I could have changed the delivery to pick up to save on time. I get into a verbal argument with the store employee, she even tries to say that according to her order receipt she had until 10:00 and not 9:30, to which I asked if she could guarantee that my order would be delivered by 10:00 and she replied no. At this point I let two f-bombs drop and the employee got aggressive with me said I was being belligerent, cancelled my order, and hung the phone up on me. 15 minutes later I get call back from another employee at the store asking if I wanted to cancel my order, which I find odd because according to my first call there was only one employee working that night and that was one of the reason why she couldn’t contact any of the delivery orders and that the first employee canceled my order already. The second employee was much more accommodating, she even offered me $ 20 credit towards my next purchase. But, at this point I am very upset and don’t want to spend another dollar at that Pizza Hut location… it was a little too late.

Horrible job at making pizza. They don’t put the right mounts of cheese or sauce on your pizza. They are cheap with their toppings and when I opened the box and said their were barely any toppings, she told me I had to pay extra. Last time I went, they ran out of my topping and didn’t bother telling me until I walked in to pick up my pizza. Will never be back to this cheapo pizza hut.

Never ordering from this location again, I placed a order on Sunday for a large pizza around 7 pm, i got the confirmation email saying its approximate delivery time was at 8:07pm, that didnt happen. at 8:30 i decided to call in and ask about my order the female who answered saying there was no deliverys being made but i let her know i placed my order earlier she than confirmed my order and told me my pizza was still in the store that she only had one delivery person at the time. i said ok waited a hour more & nothing. i called again at 9.30 this time some guy answered and told me my order was on the way. 10 pm passed and we didn’t get nothing, so we gave up and fed the kids something different. yet at 11 pm i get 2 calls from the delivery guy saying pizza was here and if i ain’t pick up the phone he was going to take it back to the store, like seriously it took em 4 fkn hours.(like you really think im going to pay for a pizza i ordered at 7 to get delivered 4hrs later!!!) its just so ridiculous how they take sooooo long for a fkn pizza when we just live 1.4 miles away. Seriously one of the worse places to get pizza delivery. I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut location twice now and they were not good. First situation(sometime in Dec. 2014): I ordered two medium pizzas with their special $ 6.994 toppings. One pizza had chicken and mushrooms while the other had seasoned pork and onions. When I received my pizza, there were only chicken on one and seasoned pork on the other. My brother called the location and all the manager stated was, «I’m sorry, we haven’t received the new shipment. The staff should have called you to reassess your order.» Uhm, yeah. a little too late. Second situation(May 2,2015): Again, I ordered from the $ 6.99 special of 2 medium pizzas with 4 toppings. I ordered chicken with spinach and mushroom pizza and the other a regular pepperoni pizza. I placed my order online around 7:30pm and got an email confirmation stating my delivery would arrive at 9:00pm. It was the big Mayweather and Pacquiao fight so I expected some delay which I was okay about. 9:30pm rolled around and my pizza still never arrived. I called the location and could not get through. I called again and was connected to a machine and ended up speaking to a representative. I stated my case and she told me if the pizzas haven’t arrived within 10 minutes and/or if a manager did not call me, I should call her back and she would figure something out. 30 minutes passed and still no pizza. After a few more calls, I finally got through and I asked the worker about the status of my order. She told me it was out for delivery. I asked her how long it would take and she stated that the driver left 20 minutes ago. Well, what do you know… another 30 minutes pass and no delivery. After more than 10 calls…4 hours later from when I submitted my order online, my pizza never arrived. I shouldn’t have to work this hard for pizza. I don’t know what is up on their end, but I am no longer ordering from this location. And to make matters even more aggravating, I only live 1.6 miles away from this Pizza Hut says GoogleMaps.

This is one of the worst Pizza Hut places when it comes to deliver. The driver was nice and pleasant but the food arrived cold and one time over 2 ½ hours after I ordered. I had to reheat the pizza because it wasn’t even warm.

I ordered a pizza today at like 630 online. So it said it take 1⁄30 to get here. It’s 2hrs later and I just called and some idiot girl after 6 phone calls all lasting a minute, answered the phone all rude and said its on its way and hung up. Never again will I be ordering from this location.

My friend and I ordered two large pizzas and we’re very disappointed. We had a pepperoni and bacon pizza pretzel crust with the garlic Parmesan sauce. I was very disappointed with this pizza I could not taste any garlic sauce at all and there was just too much cheese. The second pizza we had was pepperoni and sausage on the traditional crust. This pizza literally had barely any sauce at all. All I could basically taste on both pizzas was cheese and bread. Both pizzas were pretty bad I rather eat frozen pizza, I was upset I spent money on it. Not impressed.

So in preparation for the holiday I go to the website and place my order at 4:00pm for a 6:30pm pick-up. At 6:10 I get a call from this Pizza Hut and the person on the phone says that the store closed at 6:00 so I could not get my pizzas. So I’m a little confused. I have a confirmation e-mail saying that my pizzas would be ready for at 6:30. Why was a able to schedule a pick up time for a time when you are closed? Why are you calling me now after you have closed instead of right after you received the order? The person said no I can’t pick up my pizzas they were closed and at least he had saved me a drive over to the store. REALLY! This is my local Pizza Hut but I won’t order from there anymore. Needless to say we order from Beggar’s Pizza it was more expensive but timely courteous service.

Ordered online and it was supposed to be here in about 45minutes. Hour and a half later I called the store and they hung up on me! Didn’t pick up my calls after that. Called again after 2 hours and they said the pizza was on the way and then hung up again! No one ever showed up with any pizza. Thank god I didn’t pay with a card online. Worst Pizza Hut around, they should really shut it down or fire everyone.

This place is comical! It’s likely the worst pizza hut around. I saw the review and chanced it. Absolutely no concept of customer service. One guy«john» who was supposed to be working the register was outside on his phone, while the others argued over whose turn it was. Lol. Literally 7 minute wait… Just to take my order. I actually laughed. I’ll never step foot in here again.

Oh geez… Where do I begin? I honestly shouldn’t even be eating Pizza Hut. But that’s not the point. I ordered for pick-up. Ready in 20 min? Ok! I get there 30min later and it’s not ready. Actually, they couldn’t find it. Hmm. The guy looks everywhere twice for it, touching everything he can in the process. Then, without cleaning his hands or anything, he starts making what I can only assume to be my pizza. Throwing on the cheese and pepperoni while I stared with a blank face. Another worker came up and asked if I was helped and looked for my pizza as well. He wanted me to check out but I told him I would pay when I get my pizza. At the same time three employees walked through the front into the kitchen area(they didn’t have uniforms on, blew bubbles with their gum, and were texting. So… I wasn’t even sure they worked there until they went directly to the food and started making wings… without washing their hands or putting their purple and red weave in a net). I couldn’t make this up. I took a picture of them scratching their head then proceed to touch the food. I just can’t post it without showing their faces. So I won’t. Anyway, I told them I couldn’t eat their food. And left. Don’t go to this location. It’s filthy and just not in any way safe. Somebody please close this place down.

If I could give less than one star I would. Maybe I should have read the previous reviews and it would’ve saved me The aggravation. I love Pizza Hut mind you; BUTTHISLOCATIONISTHEEWORST! We have tried them a few times delivery(by the reviews pick up probably wouldn’t have been any better). But all the orders were late and way past their hour/hour and a half time span. We live less than 2 miles from the place. And still took that long. And they’ve missed things here and there and forgot a whole part of our order. Needless to say. we stopped ordering for a while from here TONIGHT we decided to give the place one more shot. Ordered at 11pm online. It took the payment. Sent us a confirmation. And said it would be delivered by 1130. I went ahead and assumed 1145 at the latest since the place closes at midnight. Next thing you know, midnight rolls around… NOPIZZA. NOCALL. NONOTICE of any sort that they could not deliver or that they had to cancel Our order(at least a previous review got a heads up). So they take our payment and don’t give us our food?! So THATSCONSIDEREDTHEFT isn’t it?! So now here I am writing this review. Will probably never order or give this location our business again and will discourage any friends, family, or neighbors to do so. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional and I hope they get new management or just shut them down completely. SODONTWASTEYOURTIME. ANDGOELSEWHERE!!!

I’m really torn between 1 and 2 stars. It’s Pizza Hut, I get that… but this particular location manages to stress me out with sub-par service not once, not twice, but THREE times? Wow… something has got to be said. There have been times when I’ve gotten my order wrong, but that happens occasionally, and not cause for complaint… but then there was the time I placed an order for delivery, and received a call letting me know that they weren’t making deliveries, so they went ahead and cancelled my order. No «would you like to pick it up» or «sorry for the inconvenience, here’s what we can do to make up for it». Nothing. Just, no, you’re not getting your pizza. When I asked what my options were, they said«you can try again tomorrow». Try try again never! Months later, I have a coupon and decide to give them a second chance. I place the order online, and am quoted as having my pizza delivered in 25 minutes. Not bad(but then again, I’m less than a mile away from the store). 30 minutes go by, no pizza. 40…50…an hour… so I call and find that due to the driver having difficulty with a PREVIOUS customer, my pizza is still sitting in the store and will be delivered shortly. Again, no apologies or offers to make it up to me… what I was told? «When you finally do get your order, we hope you enjoy it». I’m sorry, but that’s completely UNACCEPTABLE as a form of customer service. As for the quality of the food… I can’t complain, as the pizzas are pre-made cookie cutter assembly line fast food… hard to screw up(yet I’ve had screwed up pizza hut before, hard to believe). However, I do believe someone is trying to get one over on the general public with size, because I order the Large, and I know this is a medium. I was on a recent trip out of town, ordered pizza hut(as it was the only place that delivered to the hotel) and the large was QUITE larger than the pizza sitting in front of me. At least I got it on a coupon… but still. I’m going to save myself the aggravation and stop ordering from this location, and I would like to advise you to do the same.

O.M.Geez, this is the last time I allow the hubs to pick the pizza takeout place. He picked it for the special; $ 10, any size pizza, with any number of toppings pizza you want. Easy online ordering just like all the rest. The place was a zoo at 5:30 on a Saturday, but it was pretty easy carryout for us. We arrived a few minutes after it was scheduled to be ready and basically walked in and walked out. So that part was fine. The actual pizza itself I would classify as subpar. The crust was super soft… there was hardly a «crust» baked into it. My first slice of pizza was was like eating wonder bread topped with pizza sauce and toppings, soft and utterly crust-less. I like my pizza to hold its own, rather than fall limp because it doesn’t have a backbone… I mean crust. My second slice of pizza came from the opposite side of the pie and there was a slight crunch accompanied by a whole lot of greasiness. How does one get such an inconsistent crust in one pizza? I think it needed to bake about 5 minutes longer to get the crust right and don’t know what’s up with one side being greasy and not the other. Overall it was edible but I really wished we went somewhere else.
