I’ve had a few experiences with this particular Pizza Hut, having ordered delivery a few times, as well as picking up food at the location. I will cover both. Delivery: The food was on time and still«right out of the oven» hot. There was only one time when the food was late, and a woman called to inform me that it would be delayed and asked if that would be okay. Of course it was, and I thought it was nice of them to contact me. Ordered in store: The store was clean and the food was ready in less than 15 minutes. The staff was nice(to me) though I did overhear a conversation where they were bad mouthing other customers, which was a bit off-putting. Other than that it was a great experience. The food is always delicious.

I’ve ordered three more times since my original review, and this location seems to have really put effort into improving both speed of delivery and product. The thin crust is no longer overcooked, and the food arrives warm now if not hot, which makes for a better dining experience. The delivery times, even on the weekend, are now down to an hour or under. The delivery drivers are also still very friendly as well!

Pizza was good but I had their breadsticks and the next day I was at the doctors office because I couldn’t eat anything and I was throwing nothing, I couldn’t even drink water. Never ate here again.

Pretty crummy location. Ordered pickup 40 minutes ago and my «20 minute» order still isn’t ready. I think they’re working on it, maybe? Mostly they’re arguing with each other and definitily not exuding any kind of customer service. I mean, I get that it’s just a pizza hut, and I don’t expect a lot here. But this place lowers the bar and isn’t worth ordering from again.

Absolutely the most ridiculous bunch of crap I’ve ever heard from these people. Not only will they charge you for your pizza and then make you wait 2.5 hours while telling you its on the way. Then they’ll call back saying that it hasnt even been made ALLBYTHESAMEPERSONWHOHAPPENSTOBETHEMANAGER. I wouldnt even be surprised if my refund doesnt happen unless I call and wreck havoc, which will be no problem at all. Stay away. If you absolutely need Pizza Hut specifically, theres one 2 miles from this place.

I had an order here in the past that took over an hour an a half to deliver and it was completely wrong. It took another hour and a half to get my order right. Three hours to get my order and no apology whatsoever for the poor service, long wait and cold food. There were a lot of complaints in my building about how this new location was run so I wrote a complaint on the corporate site and I got an automated e-mail from the area coach, Ed Edwardson. I e-mailed and voice mailed him about this location but he did not even bother to follow up on the matter. Tonight I tried ordering again and when I put in my order online the estimated delivery was 3 hours! Unbelievable! I tried calling the store for a good hour and a half to cancel my order but I couldn’t get through to anyone! Someone mentioned under-staffing here, I actually stopped by the store a few months back for a pick-up because I thought it would be quicker(it’s actually worse). There were two workers on duty. Whether or not under-staffing is an issue, these two employees on duty had no sense of urgency whatsoever. This store is very poorly managed and it shows, the leadership in this area has to go.

I don’t order from Pizza Hut too often, but when I do, I use the one on Lawrence(by Western). That location is SO much better than this one on Broadway! I used this one this time due to being in the area. I ordered online, and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive at the place 25 minutes later, figuring it would be done. I’m told by the worker that it’ll be just another 3 – 4 minutes. 10 minutes go by, no one says anything. In the meantime, the clearly disgruntled and bored workers(there were several) were loudly talking back and forth about whose duties were whose, when they get off work, etc. So I check on my pizza. I’m told it’s coming out, so I wait a few more minutes. I get the pizza, check to make sure it’s correct — and it is, but it’s clearly been made last-minute, thrown in as soon as I got there, even though they had the order hanging up with the rest of the receipts. The pizza was undercooked, the dough hadn’t risen completely, and the toppings were sparse and clearly thrown on in haste. As long as there’s another Pizza Hut nearby(like the one on Lawrence/Western), use that one. Save yourself the irritation.

I can honestly say that was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. It was as if they took the amount of dough for a personal pan pizza and flattened it out to the size of a medium. Barely any sauce and the crust was nowhere near the«Toasted Asiago» flavoring we ordered. Do yourself a favor and order from the Pizza Hut near Lawrence and Western. Never had a bad experience from that location.

We picked up food that was down right burnt and wings with were essentially sauce less. Someone had to see these items to pack them. Up your quality standards! We turned around and brought the food back and got horrible customer service saying it couldn’t be returned bc we had taken a bite of one breadstick to see if we could eat it.

Worst Pizza Hut EVER! Took them almost two hours AFTER my pizza left the store to deliver it. It arrived cold and soggy. MONTHS of trying(8 phone calls and 5 emails) to get in contact with the manager left me without my money and inedible pizza! Corporate was absolutely no help, only offered me free coupons for more cold and inedible pizza.

Delivery times are always ridiculous. An hour and a half or more most evenings. They messed up my order and I was promised a $ 15 credit only to find out that it was never put on my account. Guy was willing to give me $ 10, but I’m still angry.

I wouldn’t think I could say that compared to a few months ago, this location as gone from terrible to fantastic. We ordered thinking we’d pickup, but didn’t. So, we took our chances. Surpise! Not only was the delivery time spectacularly better than the past dismal experiences, but the product was so much better than any other order from Pizza Hut — fresher tasting and just plain better. Please, keep it up, North Broadwater location!

With all the commercials we decided to order from Pizza Hut online. This was the location picked based on where we live. We ordered and were told it would be about an hour. No worries, that should be fine. Well the hour passes and we decide to call the store. The person that answered said it is on it’s way. 45 minutes later our food was delivered. The driver even stated we were first on his delivery route. We are not 45 minutes away from this location, maybe 10 in traffic. Well not only was it late but to no surprise it was cold. We called and were given a credit. The reason for this review is because we decided to use that credit. After waiting on hold for 7 minutes and calling again someone was able to take our order. I most likely will be updating this review once the order is received. Update: The food arrived within the estimated time yet was still cold. Driver stated she forgot the 2 liter which I thought meant it was in the car. Turns out she went back to the store. We called just to make management aware, Angie, didn’t seemed to be concerned. I’m really hoping this experience doesn’t ruin pizza for us and our guest especially since Chicago has plenty variety to chose from. Hope this review is found helpful.

Who doesn’t like Pizza Hut — it’s a guilty pleasure. But not this location, never again. After ordering, I received a notification saying it would be there in 30 minutes. I thought that was generous, so we waited. 45 minutes went by and I called just to check in. «The pizza has been dispatched and your driver is on his way.» Ok, great. 20 more minutes go by. I call again — «Just checking to see if it’s really on it’s way.» «Yes, we assure you the driver is on his way. His name is Leo. I just spoke with my manager and he is on his way.» 30 minutes go by. I call a 3rd time, end up speaking directly to the manager. She is nice and credits my meal. By this time it’s already 10:30 at night. Again, she tells me «Leo is on his way.» 20 more minutes go by. I can’t make this up. The driver shows up, I greet him at the door. His name wasn’t Leo either. I sign, he gives no apology and as he’s leaving says«Oh, we’re crediting your charge tonight.» Get upstairs, open the pizza — and it’s incorrect. After waiting for almost 2 hours for some shitty pizza it’s the wrong pizza. 1 was right, 1 was wrong. And it was luke-warm. So flipping-frustrating. Avoid this location if you can.

Never again Pizza Hut. I am a forgiving person and I have had a mix bag of results from this location, but today was the end. An hour and 20 mins after ordering my pizza, I get a text, yes a text, from an employee saying: «Hi Matt this message is from pizza hut We don’t have thin pizza right now Would you like to change it with hand toss or pan?» Excuse me? It took an hour and 20 mins to realize that and then you deliver the bad news through texting?! I attempted to call the store myself and find out what was going on, only to be placed on hold. While sitting on hold, I ordered pizza from a different company, who not only made, but DELIVERED the order before my call was handled by your store. 27 mins to be exact. When I talked to the gentleman who texted me, he said«I know its unprofessional but it’s the only way I had to reach you.» Ummm. Excuse me? haha The first few bad instances I wrote off as it was a new store and maybe kinks were being worked out. But come on guys…

I love pizza hut, I have so much nostalgia from going there as a kid, so I was super excited when I found out one was near me! I have ordered from there 3 times once my order came on time with everything i ordered. …only once… The first time it can 30 min late and I let it slide because I know places can get in the weeds during dinner time. last night I ordered again… and it just never came, I waited 30 min past the quoted time, then called they assured me they were on the way! another 30 min goes by… they are still out with the delivery! they say…(I live a 5 min drive from the location, and what state could this pizza possibly be in by now?) so finally over 3 hours after I ordered I call a last time and ask for a refund because by now its so late I need to go to bed. I could have walked to the grocery store gotten ingredients and made the god damn cheese pizza myself 4 times over in the time it takes them to deliver a pizza. this place is seriously horrible, you are better off going to the pizza hut in target, thats how bad this place is.

Absolutely the worst. This location is run by thug workers with lazy and rude attitudes. After I called about my order that was a half-hour past the quoted time, I was given some story about being short on drivers. Another hour later, still no pizza but got a phone call from the store asking me if I still wanted it. Are you kidding me? Half-hour after that, still no pizza. I’m clearly a guy with patience. When I called back and said just to cancel it, they mumbled okay and said I would be refunded. The ONLY part of this experience that was convenient or fast was the refund. Go to PAPAJOHN’S across the street. Cheaper pizzas that aren’t run by ghetto workers.
