This is the 2nd time that I have bought an amazing framed poster as a gift from this store. Their employees have been helpful and friendly. Their prices are awesome and then with a Unilocal deal!!! They have also wrapped he large framed gifts corners and put a carrying handle on the wire holder in the back and I have easily been able to tote it home in the city and my recipient has had an easy time transporting it then, too!

They did a very nice job on some rather fragile pieces I brought in for framing. While they’re not cheap, they are more affordable than most similar places. There was absolutely no sales pressure to add any of the more expensive extras (though I did ask for the highest level of preservation glass and matting) and when I mentioned my general price range, they kept within it. The final result was almost exactly in the middle of the range. Good speed, too – I think it was about a week.

I came here to get some original pieces of art and diplomas framed. I worked with Careid and thought she was fun and creative. She has a great eye for what her customers are looking for and suggests great combinations of matting and frames. When I picked up my artwork, they looked great. I know that I received a great product and Careid couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks!

I had a ~50×30 map framed here in February. Picture Us did a great job at a very reasonable price compared to some of the competition in the Loop. The only glitch was that they didn’t call or e-​mail me when the job was ready for pickup — I needed to contact them after the expected completion date.
Overall, I was very pleased with the work and quality of materials, and would recommend Picture Us for custom framing needs.

We came here to get custom framing done for a 40×40 print and their prices were incredible compared to other framing companies in the area. It only took 8 business days for order to be completed and it turned out beautifully. Very happy overall and would recommend this place to all of my friends.

Most think this place is overpriced, but as someone who’s had many pieces framed, the price is on par with the rest of the industry.
I went in with two posters to frame and Lauren, who was working at the time, was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable about glass options and presenting frame types.
It took two weeks (my pieces were off sized) until they were completed, and I couldn’t be happier. They look AMAZING and I’ve received many compliments.
I’d give them 5 stars, but think the price could be about 15% cheaper… other than that, I highly recommend..

Picture Us Galleries gets an A+! Excellent support making the right framing choices and excellent, always-​as-​promised high-​quality work. I’ve tried the others and they do not compare! You will not be disappointed, as long as you understand high quality framing is not an inexpensive proposition!
