I booked my reservation through
. Nowhere did it state a pre-​payment when making the reservation. Two days later there was a $ 500.00 ‘prepayment’ charge on my credit card — half the cost of my stay. I cancelled my reservation two weeks ago and still have not refunded my money. I email, I call to inquire, still no refund. And this morning when calling it goes to hold music for a minute before it goes to busy signal. Renter beware!
