I’m a fan. It’s quiet, I always get exactly what I want, and I can make reservations easily online! I like the Mon-​Wed mani/​pedi special, I’m not sure I’ve actually come in on a weekend other than NYE. And they have CND shellac and weekly polishes which are my favorite.

2.5 stars maybe? This was my first and only visit here. I had come in for a mani/​pedi and the experience itself was fine, however, my toes began to chip and peel off the next day. I believe they water down their nail polishes and that’s a big no no for me. Not sure if I’ll return, but if so, I’d bring my own polish.

The best customer service and Mani/​Pedi EVER!!! I’ll be back whenever I’m in Chicago.

I walked into this location at 6:45P last night and asked for a manicure/​pedicure and the two employees told me they didn’t have time (they close at 8P). Disappointing! I’ll admit I was a walk-​in but it was an hour and fifteen minutes until close. The place was empty and there were only a couple of customers getting their nails done. Hair flip.
Hustled over to Nail Story on Diversey and they took me right away (they also close at 8P).

I was not a fan. I had the $ 25 no-​chip groupon, but wasn’t worth the savings. The manicurist was abrasive and rushed through the service. She also left bubbles in polish and refused to redo the nails that had blemishes; I was told that the top coat would remove the bubbles. She only applied two coats of polish and the massage was about 20 seconds per hand.

I dropped in here on a Saturday morning while waiting [for infinity] to have brunch at Batter & Berries across the street. I walked in and got helped right away! They offered me a drink and had a bunch of options, and we’re super sweet as we chatted during my no chip manicure. The price was right in line with most other nail salons, $ 35 I believe… but don’t quote me!
NOW the reason for the review, it’s been a few days OVER three weeks and it’s just now time to remove this no chip mani. And only because it’s growing out!!! It lasted SO well! See the picture I attached — I assure you they looked perfect leaving the salon :) ;)
Like I said, this salon is right across from Batter and Berries so I would highly recommend planning a girl’s day of getting on the wait list, then heading over for mani/​pedi at Pearl’s while you wait. If they could, I feel like Pearl’s could stir up business by making a «we’ll get you out before your table gets called» guarantee and somehow get the word out. A board outside on the sidewalk? Something like that! It could work!

I got a pedi and I was extremely satisfied. The nice lady took her time and was very detailed, it didn’t feel rushed at all. The best part was the leg massage; first with the sugar scrub, then with lotion, then with hot stones. Couldn’t be more relaxed. Highly recommend!

One of the nicest nail salons I’ve ever been to! Very spacious and clean. The service is really great. My feet definitely needed the pedicure after running a half marathon earlier in the day. I’ll be back again if I’m ever in the area!

Needed a quick pedicure and stumbled upon this gem of a place! Loved the ambiance and how they were able to get me in quick. The pedicure was great plus I’m a sucker for nails shops with a great design and complimentary beverages! Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area!

The most incredible nail salon! Close to home and convenient. Service is stellar. Best pedi in the city. My massage was the best. Then they massage your legs with hot stones… HEAVEN!!! Go!

At 11am on a Thursday, with a reservation, 6 ladies got pampered all at the same time.
Manis, Pedis, mini massages, the works.
Pearl’s Nails is clean. The staff is friendly. They have a big color selection. TONS of magazines. Priced right. They start your appointment on time (huge plus!!)
Complimentary drinks (water, soda, juice, tea) while you’re having your services done.
