Due to an unfortunate event I landed here and I am very happy I did. Let me start off by saying Dr. Patel is awesome and caring, he explained everything to me thoroughly took his time and I didn’t feel rushed through my visit. He answered all my questions explained procedures and the treatment. And then his staff was also full of awsomeness loved every part of my visit, and I am proud to say that I will definitely be coming back and will refer my friends and family.

the ladies were very friendly. i was treated like a true player. i didnt like the air in my eye. i had to man up. doc didnt laugh at any of my jokes, but i like my doctors serious. Vivian is the real mvp. got som fire frames for da low. get yours son!

I have to say this was was the most pleasant optical visit I’ve ever had. Vivian and Bruce were so helpful. I would highly recommend this particular pearl vision, you won’t be sorry! Thanks again Vivian for the wonderful customer service!

First time visiting this location and will definately be going back for all of my optical needs as long as Ms. Vivían is there. She was such a pleasant, and caring individual, going out to her to make customers happy. She gave me quotes and prices to make sure my purchase was affordable. She definately loves her job!
I saw Dr Resk, and although the exam was lengthy (about half hour) I appreciated him taking the time to take the measures needed to ensure I was given the best/​proper prescription.
The gentleman (did not catch his name) who performed the initial screens, and was also very polite and nice!

Initially, I was going to go to my appointment last Tuesday but work got in the way so I had to push it for today (4−7−15). The young miss that helped me (Iris) was amazing. I previously went before today to see the selection so that way I wouldn’t of dragged in the place and they took them and saved them for me which is a huge plus. So today when I walked in I told them I had an appointment at 3:30 and within 15 minutes I was checked in and went to the back to get my pressure measured which quite frankly I’m scared of hahaha, I hate that thing blowing onto my eye, a warning would be nice (just kidding). So after that I was sent back out into the waiting area and in less than two minutes, the optometrist greeted me and took me to the back. Wow, he is such a nice Doctor! He’s so chill yet professional and very empathetic, the exam itself took 15 – 20 minutes and he was so nice I can’t get that out of my mind, not a lot of Doctors are as nice as he is. So once that was over with I proceeded to making my payments, the glasses I chose where $ 250.95 and the exam was 59.00 which Iris so kindly reduced to 54.00 and on top of that she gave me a 30 percent discount. The total cost for the frames and the lenses and the exam was greater than $ 350.00 which is what gives it the 4 stars and not the 5 stars. It is pricey but the experience in and out of itself is worth it. I found the same frames online for $ 100.00 cheaper but they don’t do price comparisons unfortunately. I will go back if I ever decide I want a second pair. There’s lots of variety and I’ll always know I’ll be treated exceedingly well, THANKS IRIS!

Vivian and Iris were amazing. Although I went to a mom and pop shop and a chain before this, the pricing and service just didn’t seem right.

First time here. There cannot be another better location than this one. Dr Patel was ready for me at my appointment time given. He was easy to trust when giving me suggestions. He suggested I get both eye exams for glasses and contacts. He gave me samples of 1-​day acuvue tru-​eye contact lens which I’m glad to try on. Both receptionists were very friendly especially Vivian. She helped me out in choosing the best glasses for me which I can not wait to pick up soon! She worked something out for me to keep the expenses as low as possible with my insurance. I honestly felt more than just a customer. I never been so impressed by an eye care center like this one!

Have been going there for years and Vivian is amazing! Great prices great deals!!! Bruce always available and is extremely helpful!!!

Now I see things clearly.
I was in urgent need to replace my glasses. A quick search for glasses places around the hood combined with a search for coupons yielded this place as an option.
Called them and asked them if they would take my coupon, me being one of a group (hint, hint) They told me that as long as their address was listed they would take it.
Got the coupon, got there with some time restraints. I asked them if they could see me within that time (no pun intended) and they said they could. They lied!!! I had to come back the next day. No hurt feeling tough, I had no appointment.
A little bit o this a little bit o that. Come back in a week and we will have them ready.
Make sure to check that you need everything they recommend, because if not the numbers just keep on growing.
Week later, go in try them on leave.
Been happy till now, but I am not sure I would go there without the coupon.

My kids got their glasses back in March, we haven’t had any problems with them. I picked up mine today, I really like them. Their Anne Klein frames, two of the kids have Ray Bans. There’s a good selection of name brands like Prada and Coach. The examine is a good price. Bruce is super nice and very helpful! The new guy is nice too, just can’t Remember his name.

Glasses broke after 7 months. I’ve repaired them on my own over and over again and they finally gave up.
I had to go back to my America’s Best glasses which have lasted me 2 years only issue is the prescription is a little off.
