PC Management

The worst management company I have ever worked with. I have called every day for two weeks and have had no response. The person who is on the answering machine does not ever work there. All voice mail is full so you can’t leave a message. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
All we ask from them is to do our financial and we have yet not have to call and ask for one. They are now 5 months behind.

I park in a garage that they manage. Unresponsive and unprofessional. I have been waiting a month for a new garage door remote. I write them, I call them and get no response. Another new owner of a spot in the garage has been waiting for 6 weeks. And there are many other people in this garage who experience similar behavior. If you are a property owner, don’t contract with them; they will upset you renters. If you are considering moving into a building or parking in a garage they manage, understand the inconvenience you will experience.

BY FAR THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER. This company is did not respond to any of our complaints with the house. They blamed many of the issues that property management companies are responsible for on us. They did not fix any of the basic household problems (aside from 1) that we brought to their attention.
Towards the end of our lease the property manager we dealt with got fired and the people who took over for him were clearly not in communication with him. I personally had to call the offices to see who would be taking over for him over 10 times.
One law suit threat later I got a call back (of course), claiming they needed the entire downpayment to fix the house… which they clearly did not, especially since half of the «issues» were ones we had complained about.
THIS COMPANY HAS ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY!!!
Unless you plan on losing a boatload of money (because they will skrew you) do not rent from PC Management.
