WARNING. Do not use their services. I reserved a character experience for my son’s birthday. He never showed. When I was finally able to get ahold of someone, they apologized and promised a refund (& a free character experience). That was over 2 months ago. I am still waiting for my refund. Very unprofessional.

Party Palz was a GREAT help to my party! They person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was very clear as to what I would expect with Anna and Elsa from Frozen.
The characters arrived on time and the costumes were wonderful! My daughter loved seeing her favorite characters at her party!
I would highly recommend using Party Palz to anyone. They have so many services to offer that I know I will be using them in the future.

After a shaky start with them, I spoke with the owner and she has since made the situation right. They had unforseen circumstances that came up. I will do business with them again.

We had a great pirate for our 7 years olds party. Pirate Capt. Stubles was a hit and we had 20 plus kids inside. He showed up on time, had lots of tricks, (games, balloon making, jokes) and called as he was driving to the party so we knew his eta.
The company, Party Palz, is not good with communication and never responded to receiving contract or money which made me nervous until the pirate arrive. Considering the other review posted about a no show superhero, there was reason to be nervous and one would think they’d be on top of it.
Pirate Stubles gets an A. He also does a Darth Vader/​Storm Trooper routine. The company wasn’t great and gets a C. Capt Stubles should get his own website and work directly with customers.

This company did not answer the phone several times when I called. weeks later I heard from them to schedule the appearance of Spiderman at my son’s daycare for his birthday. I was skeptical from the beginning because no one ever answered but I really liked the quality of the costume in the pictures they had posted online. This was going to be my gift to my son from me, I was looking forward to the look on his face. I went ahead and scheduled payed the online deposit to secure the date and time 3 weeks before the day.
The day of his birthday my mother (grandma), aunt’s and 2 of his cousins came to the daycare all wearing Spiderman t-​shirts. We asked the parents to dress all 20 students in red and the event was scheduled for snack time 2:30. I took off of work to be a part of this big celebration of my frist and only son’s 4^th birthday with his favorite hero. **SPIDERMAN NEVER SHOWED UP AND WE WERE ALL UPSET INCLUDING THE BIRTHDAY BOY AND CHILDREN**. 2:45 I called no answer, 3:00 no answer, 3:30 no answer. put a complaint in threw PayPal and my money was refunded. I also recived a call from the company apologizing for the no show DAYs Later. They told me they would get back to me with a reason Spiderman didnt show and I never heard from them again. this was the worst birthday ever. thanks party palz.
