I would like to provide feedback on the cleaning service I received last night. I was upset with the following: 1. Windows were not cleaned 2. My ceiling fan was not cleaned 3. The floors were not mopped well. I had to mop the floors after your team left 4. I had to vacuum the floors again after you left 5. In the bedroom, nothing was done with the carpets. I had to shake out the rugs, sweep the floor, vacuum the rugs, and then mop the floor. 6. The team was on the phone over half the time. 7. The team arrived two hours prior to the scheduled time, which caused an issue in regard to clutter I was still picking up. I will NOT use this service again, no matter the discount.

If there was a way to rate this company a 0, I would. I originally found P&K via their Groupon offer for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath deep cleaning for $ 89.00. Before purchasing via Groupon, I called the number to ensure they would be able to service my home on the south side. I received a return call later that day from the owner, Robert, confirming that my home was in a serviceable area. During our discussion, I explained to him which areas in the home I wanted attention. he explained to me that the Groupon did not cover cluttered areas and that I could be charged an additional $ 10.00 for anything needing cleaning that had to be cleared away. No big deal for me, because we are a relatively clean household but no time to clean ourselves. I was then encouraged to purchase the $ 89.00 service package through him via phone(rather than return to the Groupon site) and booked my cleaning for the following Thursday evening at 4:30pm. My credit card was immediately charged(Paypal). No problem. While making my appointment, I was told that someone would arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to walk through our home and discuss any upcharges, if needed. On the day of the appointment, I left work early to meet the cleaning crew at the scheduled time. No one was there by the scheduled walk-through time of 4:15, so I waited. At 4:30pm, the scheduled time for the cleaning, still no one. So at 4:45pm, I called the company number and left a message. At 5:15pm, I received a phone call from someone, I assume from the cleaning crew, that their previous appointment booked them for an additional hour, and that they would be on their way. At this point they were already more than 45 minutes late, I had no more time to give them and told them I would be requesting a refund for the $ 89 I paid in advance. I then left a message for the owner requesting a full refund. Tow days later, I had not received a return call, so I called again myself on Saturday. the owner, Robert, answered this time. His explanation of the crew’s lateness was that they had no control over clients requesting them for longer times than planned. I explained that was poor business practice to make a paid customer suffer for the sake of another customer. He offered a half-hearted option for me to reschedule, of which I declined. He then told me that I would be receiving an email confirmation of my refund, of which to date(now Monday) I have yet to receive. P&K is a new business but apparently has much to still learn about business and customer service.
