Jim made my family an outstanding dinner for 11. We celebrated a 40th anniversary and Jim accommodated a number of dietary restrictions and allergies while at the same time creating a delicious meal that surpassed what we thought a caterer could come design.
Every aspect of the meal was so good and we look forward to having Jim cater another event when the time arises. I highly recommend Order in from Jim.

My colleagues and I worked with Jim at our health fair in early November and the experience with him was nothing short of wonderful. Jim was a joy to work with and the healthy and delicious creations he came up with suited our fair perfectly. He understood our needs for that day and the type of cuisine we wanted to serve to those in attendance. If you are looking to cater an event and want to hire someone who is easy to work with, creative and has a vast knowledge of food then I highly recommend working with Jim. You and your guests will be so pleased that you did!

We had a dinner party for 8 for a friend’s birthday and had Jim do the cooking. It was fantastic and our friends are still talking about how delicious all the food was. He worked with us to come up with the menu and the wines to pair with the different courses. He brought everything to the house, including dishes and pots and pans. Afterwards, the kitchen was spotless! A very stressfree dinner party for me! I would highly recommend him for your next party.

I’ve had the pleasure of eating Jim’s cooking on several occassions, and am always delighted. His specialty is smoked and barbequed meats, but is very versatile and can always come up with creative and tasty dishes. He’s also an expert on wines and can help find the ideal pairings for his wonderful food.
