One of my winter coat buttons popped off and I don’t know how to sew and don’t have tools. Came in and nice lady sewed button back on for only $ 2. Thank you!

Such great service! The women was so nice and was able to shorten my dress in a few days to the perfect length and stitch for only $ 20! Will definitely be back for all my dry cleaning and alteration needs.

I’ve been going to them semi regularly for a while now, but this last time, I was grossly overcharged($ 42 for maybe 25lbs) and when I got home there were items in there that were not mine. I think I’m going to have to break up with this place

I took a suit there to have the waist taken in and have it pressed and dry cleaned. I also took a shirt. I dropped them off back in the second week of February and picked them up the next week. Today I need them. I open them up and there is a horrible double crease going down one pant leg. On the other pant leg they didn’t even try to follow the crease. The shirt neck looks like someone else wore it and then they put a tag on it and put it in the bag and there is a stain on the shirt that wasn’t there before. Being a veteran of two branches of the military I will admit that I am a little OCD with my ironing and preparing of my days uniform. This is however unacceptable. 640 dollars in clothing are now ruined and I paid them to do it. Unless you absolutely don’t have the time, don’t use dry cleaners. They don’t care about your clothes. I never should have trusted someone else to make sure my clothes looked right.

The lady rocks. She did an alteration on slacks for me –same day– in just 2 hours! I was in a time crunch and she did it with a smile. I was waiting for some serious attitude but she didn’t show any! She hymned the slacks perfectly. *whew* Also, they have affordable laundry service. I’ll definitely be back for that!

I came here to get my dress re-hemmed, and the cute lady at the counter recommended that it be hand sewn vs machine. She was so cute, how could I disagree? Long story short, I came back in 1 week as instructed, and walked home empty-handed because the dress wasn’t worked on yet. I was told to come back again in one week. I took my time returning, waiting 3 weeks longer than necessary — or so I thought. My dress was still in the same spot that I saw it last, hanging in the back and not hemmed. To compensate for my numerous failed trips, I was told that my dress would be dropped off at my apt at 7:15p that day. After waiting until 8p, I finally got the call that my dress is on its way. I would’ve given this place one star, but the hem job was decent so they can keep another star. Because of this unreliable service, I will be going to CD One Cleaners from now on.

Either management changed, or they hired a new person to work the desk. Haven’t had problems with laundry in the past, nothing special but no problems. This time I dropped off 2 pairs of tuxedo pants to be hemmed, due on Friday to me. I went in Saturday to pick them up and she hadn’t done them, and told me to come back Monday. Seeing as I had explained the pants were for a black tie gala, that I was now leaving for in an hour, that wouldn’t work. As she could hardly understand english, it took about 20 minutes of explaining that I needed them now and she finally began to do them. The work was subpar and I would have been better off doing them myself at home, even without sewing skills. And she also makes you pay I’m advance, a wonderful practice when you end up without your services completed and are out of time. Definitely don’t recommend for alterations, or valuable/time-sensitive items.

Not ok, I’m afraid to say. After coming here for far too long(the check-ins tell the sad sad story), I can no longer abide paying higher prices for ‘laundered’ shirts that come back with dirty collars and stains on the sleeve. The two stars comes from my own idiocy. Paying for dirty clothes was an activity I engaged in more than a few times. I can’t blame the stupid on anyone other than myself. The woman who runs the joint is quite affable and always makes me feel at ease… but I take clothes to the dry cleaner to have them cleaned, not so I can exchange«Can you believe the weather» pleasantries. Having to pay twice to get the same items properly laundered is just not something that works for me. Ah well. The search for a reliable dry cleaner continues…

Excellent service with low prices — I had a really, really dirty white coat that she rush ordered to clean before I left to go out of town(didn’t charge me extra) and left a dress there on accident for a couple months and when I went in, they found it right away. They don’t have coupons or specials, but say that they always have low prices and do.
