Was talking to Betty Lumpp regarding their hospice services… did not seem to like the fact that I am educated consumer… Rude and hung up… Run dont walk away from them…

Noooooooo. No no no no no.
I fully subscribe to the hospice philosophy, and think that people need to know more about it. However, «hospice» and «for profit» should never be in the same sentence. Ever. Do some research and learn more about hospice, but stick to a non-​profit. Last I heard, Odyssey (the second largest hospice organizations in the U.S.) was under investigation by the Department of Justice for fraud.
