The kindest, most helpful people in the world. They delivered flowers to someone opening a play in the neighborhood. I accidentally gave them the wrong address. They were absolutely amenable and made sure the flowers got to their destination. Wonderful place. I’ll order from them again for sure.

If your UPS driver uses this as an access point, track him down, kick him in the shins, and make him tell you why he hates you. Because once your package is here, you are sucked down the rabbit hole into a world of endless inefficiency and relentless inconvenience. I am a kind and gentle person, but by the time I finally get my packages, I usually sign for them with expletives; it’s that bad.
