If I could give no stars, I would. The front office staff in the psychiatric department is terrible. I went today to an appointment that I scheduled three months ago. Upon arrival I was told that my appointment was actually 30 minutes earlier and that there was «no way» I could have an appointment at the time I had scheduled. I was then told that I would have a no-​show fee charged to my account. I said no, that I was there for the time we had scheduled. The unfriendly, gum-​chewing receptionist Tremaine said she would check with the doctor to see if she remembers scheduling me for that time. Shockingly (since remembering would have cost her money), Tremaine called me later to say that the doctor would never have scheduled me for that time. And that the doctor did not have time to call me herself. I advised Tremaine that medicine is still a service profession and that I would find a new psychiatrist. Doctor Choi, who I was seeing, is passable, but the service from NMFF is terrible. Go somewhere else for sure.
