Staff was pleasant. Ordered a regular and received what looked like a small. I order from Noodles and Company quite often and this was not what it typically comes in. The container was a small cardboard box instead of the larger plastic containers with a lid. The wait was long and there was no seating. Would recommend finding a different location. The one near Washington and Wells was great, had lots of seating and had a very friendly staff. Never had one problem there. However that location has been closed. One unhappy customer.

I ordered one of those Buff Bowls they recently added to their menu, Japanese Pan to be specific. These bowls automatically come with meat added, unlike their pastas where you add the meat as extra. When I got my food, I realized there was no meat in it. How do you forget the most important ingredient in the salad bowl — otherwise it is all mushrooms and lettuce. I had to take it back to get beef added. and they didn’t even apologize, let alone refund or give something extra for the inconvenience!

I got the«regular» sized chicken pad Thai which amounts to rubbery noodles and at most 5 small pieces of chicken breast. I’ll be hungry again in less than 2 hours.

Went there for dinner last night and the guy behind the counter was extremely patient and helpful, all his suggestions were appreciated! Thank you! And then he brought out amazingly good food.

Being a consultant has granted me a comprehensive knowledge of takeout dinner options within walking distance of my office. A ton of stuff around here closes at 7, but Noodles is open until 10, making it one of the latest options available. I am literally eating Noodles at my desk right now. There are a lot of terrible reviews on here, but guys, Noodles is not for Thai food, or Asian food, or anything with remotely complex flavors. If you want Thai food, stop being an idiot and go to Siam Rice. If you go to Noodles, play to its strengths: mac & cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, beef stroganoff, chicken noodle soup. But Chaya, you may say, it’s depressing to pay $ 10 for food I could make myself at home! Okay, but you’re not at home. You’re at work at 9pm. Shut up and eat some noodles. Bonus: you can order online and pick up off a shelf. This is great for minimizing human interaction yet also requires trust that others won’t steal your food. Which do you value more? This might be a psychology experiment?

I got the Bangkok Curry with grilled chicken. It. Was. Awful. I got very few noodles — primarily big chunks of cabbage. The small amount of chicken tasted like it was blackened — I wasn’t expecting that when I ordered it with grilled chicken. But on the bright side, the«blackened chicken» was the only thing with taste in the bowl. I think I got a faint taste of curry — once. I think. And the potstickers — I should’ve known I was in trouble when I saw a staff member scraping them off what looked like a huge panini grill. Please just walk to Siam Rice. Please.

Seriously, how is this location still in business? After taking time off because the food SUCKED, I decided to give it a try again and shame on me because it SUCKED again. Horrible terrible awful gag. How can you even call this Pad Thai? More like plain, dry noodles. Sickening. What a waste of money, as the food is inedible. Please don’t go here. There are 2 other locations within walking distance that are worth the extra time getting to. How do they call themselves a chain restaurant when the food is very obviously WELLBELOW the standards that Noodles and Company has shown at ANYOTHERLOCATIONINTHEENTIREUNITEDSTATES.

I ordered online as well as paid online. I tried the Penne Rosa, spicy but not too spicy. The pasta was quite good, just the right amount of sauce. It was mixed with fresh basil and tomatoes. The online ordering sped things up, I was able to walk right in and pick my food up, was waiting for me right there. I’ll be a regular.

Not my favorite Noodles & Company location in the chain. The employees take forever cleaning up after patrons. I saw 4 different employees walk by within a 10 minute span, and none of them picked up after abandoned, leftover plates. I ordered my usual favorite, and it’s almost a completely different dish from another location I visit. Inconsistency is horrible. There’s not enough food in my bowl either. I can swoop my spoon and chopsticks, and be able to pick up all the solid within the bowl. This place made me leave there hungry.

Over the years, I have never gotten the chance to eat here, but that changed a week ago. I walked into this location Downtown during lunch time not expecting to get my food fast(since it was lunch time in Downtown), but they were pretty quick! The food was better than I thought it would be(to be honest, I didn’t have any expectations since I have friends who say it’s good and some who say it’s bad). I got the Alfredo Montamore and I thought that Parmesan crusted chicken tasted great. I really liked it and ended up going back for it. There’s a worker who comes around to bus the tables and even offer parmesan on your pasta when you sit in and eat.

Okay, I went to grab something for lunch because Chipotle was too crowded. Service was good and the wait wasn’t too bad. But the food was awful. it’s the worst pad Thai I’ve ever tasted. If it wasn’t for the lime this thing would have no flavors at all. These guys should pay me for subjecting me to their food.

Interesting decorations compared to rest of chain, silver coke machine to match their décor, vice the typical red coke machine. Connection to the hotel next door without going outside.

Went here today and was told they were out of egg noodles so it would be 10 mins before I would get my food. When it finally came the noodles were still very hard and not cooked. Probably wont be back to this location.

This place is around the corner from my office so I come here a lot. Always clean and bright. Nice décor. You know how it is — if you’ve been to one Noodles and Company, you’ve been to all of them. Con: I think for a basic«regular size» Pesto Cavatappi dish, a side of flatbread and a fountain drink, $ 9.73 is overpriced. Pros: The service here is consistently awesome. Very friendly people work here. They always have great attitudes. Also, it’s always really clean in this particular Noodles & Company…
