I never write these but felt I HAD to.
My experience w/Dr.Nolden: He has no bedside manner, he didn’t listen to my neck issues & he was in a hurry to get through the appt. (after I had waited over 45 minutes to see him). He was ready to go the «surgery route» but was very impatient w/​me & has not just an awful bedside manner but no beside manner. In addition, I had a family member come with me & Dr. Nolden didn’t even acknowledge their presence (no introduction, nothing). I ended up going to a doctor at UofC & had a GREAT experience (surgery went great). I don’t often «share» but I was so disappointed and so taken back by the unprofessional and truly awful experience I had with Dr. Mark Nolden I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through it. It was tough enough to go through the pain issues I was dealing with and then to have a doctor behave this way was just unreal. I left his office feeling worse than when I had arrived. It’s been a little while now & I still (even after time has passed) remember what a poor experience I had with Dr. Nolden.

I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes before I even saw him and the conversation was 5 minutes. His PA came in and she had no personality and clearly could have cared less about me or my pain. Apparently the entire office thought my wait was acceptable because I never heard anyone apologize for the amount of time it took to be seen and because of the short time the doc spent talking to me I still don’t know what’s wrong with my back and he didn’t hang around for questions!!! I will never go back here!!!
I think if you need surgery he may treat you better because his income potential is greater. IJS

I Received treatment in 2010 and have been pain free ever since. Had a hemorrhaged Disc and Dr. Nolden did an Lumbar discectomy, took about three months of rest and some physical therapy and I was ready to begin being active again.
Dr. Offices always suck, so this is not a review on his office. Dr. Nolden is understanding, down to earth, and didn’t blow off my phone calls. A+++
