Found this store today and can’t believe how long I spent in this neighborhood not knowing about it! Jana is the real deal — she knows her clothes and has the sweetest disposition to go along. Pretty much a personal stylist that doesn’t cost any extra. She made tons of suggestions and I walked out with a complete outfit that I cannot wait to wear. Major props, I’ll definitely be back!

I stopped in here on a whim one day and ended up on a magical shopping spree with the help of Jana and Ashley who are down to earth and are like your personal stylists. I’m so tired of all these boho/​hipster boutiques with average service. Mulberrry & Me has an amazing selection of more modern, timeless pieces that you’ll wear forever. Great quality clothing, jeans, bags and jewelry. Awesome cocktail dresses too. My new favorite spot! Thanks ladies ;)

still Loving this store and the owner (jana) She is so sweet and is never pushy! She has great classic items, as well as summer tees and un summer dresses that no one else will have. Go check this boutique out!

While I generally am not a boutique shopper, for my upcoming milestone birthday (and party, I think??), I decided to pop in here while I was out and about on a Saturday just to check it out. If nothing else, I just wanted to browse their sales rack.
The store has a very beautiful selection of well-​made clothing. They do have a very nice sales rack, too, but the racks of feminine, yet modern dresses and tops persuaded me to browse there too.
The two gals working were very helpful, making appropriate suggestions without being the least bit pushy. In fact, they had me try on a few tops «just so they could see them on.» They would suggest ways to wear the items I was sampling as in «tights and heels for the evening» or «skinny jeans and some brown boots» for the day. I almost fell like their life-​sized Barbie. In a super-​good way, actually. Who doesn’t like to play dress up?
M&M just may have shaken my aversion to boutique shopping. Friendly employees and a good selection of clothing that runs parallel with current trends without being overly trendy make this an excellent, personalized place to shop.
My walk home from the train just might have gotten a LOT more expensive. Ooops.

The customer service here is by far the best I have received at any boutique in this area. The women in this shop are down-​to-​earth, non-​pushy, nice, and knowledgeable. After trying to find a dress for an event at multiple other places, my last attempt was at Mulberry & Me. I found a cute dress on sale, but it needed a little belt to cinch the waist. Since I was planning on wearing this dress the following day, and didn’t own said belt, they lent me one of their belts used for window displays. I brought it back the next day, thanked the woman there, and we ended our exchange with a hug. It is moments like these when I love humanity and our fine city of Chicago, which happens to be a friendlier place than many say. In addition to their outstanding customer service, they also have very interesting and cute pieces.

I met Mulberry & Me owner Jana Zacek at a Crave Chicago book launch party, and I remember raving about her coat. She was like, «Oh thank you! It’s from my store!» The next day I stopped by to check it out and I’m so glad I did and so surprised it’s taken me this long to find it! Everything resulted in a gasp of excitement from me, and I found an amazing gray work dress with button detailing that was on sale for a great deal! She had a fantastic variety of dresses, tops, jackets and some fantastic cover-​ups that I can see myself living in all winter long. And the customer service? Well with how much fun I had with Jana the previous evening at the party, she was just as fun, charming and definitely knows her clothes and works with whatever her clients wish for. So customer satisfaction is a very happy five stars indeed!
