Very friendly staff! He was very knowledgable with the products and more than willing to answer all of my questions. I have been less than satisfied with a lot of the smoke shops in Chicago, as the staff tend to be «swindlers & hustlers» but this is not the case at Mr Smoke.

Although I had a problem with the g pro I bought here, I ended up getting it resolved and the guy who helped me out was very cool about it all. Ended up leaving with an even sweeter vape at a better price.

I had a horrible experience here. The staff was rude and demeaning. I asked I could quickly purchase one item after waiting 15 minutes since my dog and friend were waiting outside in the cold and was berated by the cashier for asking. I said I no longer wanted to buy anything and left. As I was walking out the door, he yelled something at me as I left. I am disgusted by the service. I will never enter in here again, and I will make sure no one else I know gives business to this establishment.

Good place to go for e-​cig needs, and they make their own juices which is really great for custom nic levels & whatnot.
The sales dudes are a bit pushy with their pitches tho, but that might just be my personal preference for how I like to shop.

Amit’s Mr. Smoke shop has everything you’ll need! From glassware to gorgeous pieces of art, $ 6,000 massage chairs to beautiful wooden watches. He has glass that won’t break, and cool t-​shirts. If you need something smoke related, Amit will have it and it will be the best!

Big Help, Very Friendly!
My friends and I went in the store having no clue what we wanted. The Gentleman behind the counter was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of his inventory. The product we purchased was perfect for what we wanted and he gave it to us at a great price, and threw in some extra accessories! Best smoke shop in the northern Chicago.

Well, they might have an awesome selection but not today. He kept offering me flavors to try and if I liked them — somehow they were out of stock. Question? Why offer if you don’t have it today? Wasted my time.
For an emergency — recommend any other place; to stock up — order online.

This place is okay for one reason, their selection of E Liquid.
That’s it. They carry major brands as well as make their own (which is actually quite good). The staff do seem to feel superior to their clients, which isn’t helpful.
They have a large selection of glass, but better selections can be found in other shops around town.
Recommendation: Try their e liquid — skip everything else.

This place was terrible. From the moment I walked in the owner/​manager was incredibly rude. He was a total smug. He was barley even knowledgeable on his own products. He had a best friend hanging out in the shop and helping me as a customer seemed like a second priority to him.

Overpriced, poor quality, rude employees. This place never opens on time and the employees are always tired and seem to always be on drugs. This is a waste of your time. There are many superior smoke shops on Belmont Ave.

Friendly staff, array of items, great prices!
I’ve bought an elephant pipe (that everyone ALWAYS compliments me on), a beautiful rainbox hitter, a glass cigarette holder, a Mad Men-​esque cigarette holder, and countless incense, cigarettes and room sprays.
Amit, the owner, is a delight. Both he and Chris will spend time with customers explaining everything. I come in here often and have never seen a dissatisfied customer.

These guys are the best. Don’t bother going anywhere else in Chicago. These guys where extremely helpful and knew what they where talking about. Ex specially when it came to e-​cigs. They have the best products. No knock –offs. I just want to say thanks again guys for hooking me up. Customer for life.

I’m pretty sure it is bigger than any of the stores on Clark & Belmont plus it was easier to get to from the south suburbs. There were plenty of parking spaces right in front on the street.

what makes this shop better that the rest is the eye to detail displayed by the owner. I like that if I have a question, he has the answer, or will find it.
