Mr Calamari

I will NOT be supporting this establishment ever again. I had a legitimate small complaint with my order and the manager came out in defense mode on me, and those of you who know me know how I’m always smiling so I came in there without an attitude. This fool had the audacity to take out a chicken wing rip it apart smell it and wave it in my face, talking about we don’t use no garlic in our food! when I clearly saw the cashier sprinkle the wrong seasoning on it. He didn’t even bother to ask his employee if that were true or not. And when I told him the chicken had a slight rank taste to it he argued that the shipment just came in. I’m thinking maybe he needs to check with the vendor because that’s a serious concern! Then he got an attitude talking about well what do you want me to do? And argued with me that He could not replace my order because I ate one and had already given away a couple of pieces. He continued to talk about how I was the only one who came in to complain that day. My order had nothing to do with his previous satisfied customers. The point is that I had a problem with MY order and that’s all that mattered! What I don’t like is how people come into your neighborhood and open up these businesses and think that they can treat you any type of way, serve you any type of food spoiled or not, and that you’ll have nothing to say about it. I had to take that fool to church about customer service and management. And I’m trying not to make this a racist post, but this has happened many times before with Arabs and other races not having any respect for black people…
