My daughter bought a gown there. She got it home and found a flaw they refused to exchange it or even give store credit the next day. The staff was rude and condescending. The management was ignorant and just ignored us. We told them we where going to give bad reviews and they didn’t care. The other reviews here look like they where written by the staff.

OUTSTANDING! That was my experience @ the Woodfield store. I was unfamiliar with the store, so I hesitated to go in at first. My daughter & I were shopping for prom dresses with no luck. When we stopped in this store, the staff was friendly & helpful.
Ana was especially nice to work with. She made sure my daughter’s dress was altered in time for the big day. The selection here is the best I’ve seen, & the dresses are less expensive than stores llike PEACHES. We will definitely be back!

#1 the sell both beautiful gowns for every occasion like slutty club wear to weddings lol AND they carry a full line of accessories to go with the dress in the attached accessory store!!!
#2 For those on a budget or fixed income THEY HAVE LAYAWAY/​PAYMENT PLAN!!! how cool and convenient is that, huh!!!
#3 the staff (at least the ones helping me and my friend) were all knowledgeable and nice as well as patient.
#4 store is divided long gowns in one are ball gowns in another and short gowns in another and club/​non formal in another. so all you have to do is find which section your looking for and stay there since all you need will be in that area. This made me very happy since i was looking for a long ball gown!!!
Tips for shopping at this store: It is in a busy mall in a high traffic kind of area in the mall.
#1 For best service go early in the day when its less crowded and go on a weekday when it is sure to be a little slower. This will give you a better shot at getting your needs met, friendly service, patient helpers, and browsing time with out being shoulder to shoulder with strangers in the aisle.
#2 Go with a friend or family member who knows your style and personality well so that you can look faster pull more items and get good honest opinions on how you look and if it fits who you are.
#3 If you know you will be wearing spanx or a girdle, then take it with you when you go to try on dresses it will give you the best look and feel of the dress.
#4 Wear a strapless bra or bra with clear or detachable straps so you will see the dress style and silhouette better. And bring heels too, in the height you will be wearing. Keeps you from having to guess at how long it will be with heels on.
#5 Have time on your side this is not a quick process as they have hundreds of dresses in each section of the store and a whole store of accessories.

Inexpensive formal dress palooza! This is the place to go if you’re in need a of formal dress for prom, wedding, or any of those other social occasion. They have hundreds! A great selection of prices! Lots of inexpensive dresses… I tried on 5 and they were all under $ 129.
The inventory seems split between short and long dresses with a definite nod toward the size inclined ladies. I wear a 0 –2 and had a trouble finding small dresses. But the selection was the best I’ve seen yet and the staff is helpful, but lets you search and pull yourself. I would definitely go back!
