Every time I go to this McDonald’s it takes double the expected time. Today it took 14 minutes to get through the drive through as I watched one employee on her phone through the drive through window. They tried to give me the wrong food and when I corrected them, they wanted to see my receipt. Do yourself a favor and go to the Wendy’s across the street. They are fast, friendly, and serve a good quality of food.

Not the best McDonalds in the area. Drive thru is slow and they park way too many cars. And accuracy is about 50%. Customer service at this location is also not great, lots of attitude with huffing and puffing if you call them out on bad service or incorrect orders. I stopped going to this location and now drive the extra distance to the McDonalds on 95th and Ashland, which is always a much better and pleasant experience.
