Easily, this is the worst experience I’ve had with a fast food place. Ever. Not only did it take half an hour for a very simplistic order, the food was made poorly. The fries didn’t have any salt on them. Also, the wait to order in the drive-​thru itself look about fifteen minutes. After ordering, getting the food itself took an unbelievable amount of time. The employees were completely lacking. McDonald’s is usually substantial, and the worst you can expect is a mistake with the order, but this is beyond that. Who forgets to salt the fries? It’s what gives the fries flavor. This service is absolutely unacceptable. Something needs to be done.

I rarely eat McDonalds, however today a friend requested to go so I agreed. I ordered 3 medium fries, a mcchicken, a double cheese burger, a m&m mcflurry, and an oreos mcflurry w/​extra oreos. (Medium fry and oreo mcflurry which I purchased for myself). The fries were fresh which was certainly a plus, however the boxes were scarcely filled, like literally each box may have had 12 – 15 fries in it (a medium fry), I paid extra to have extra oreos however was very dissatisfied with that fact that I felt as though I was eating plain vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of oreos on top… (did I mention I paid extra).

It’s was the worst McDonalds u can go to. I went there today and I ordered a egg mcmuffin and it took 20 – 25 mins to get it and when I did get it the sandwich was cold cashier girl has an aweful attitude, they didn’t greet me when I wanted 2 order… It was a very bad experience

I waited 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. My QP was not warm and the bun was stale. Cashier seemed nice enough, but it was so annoying to wait in the drive thru lane while everyone behind me had to drive around me to get to the exit lane. No apologies for the long wait from the person who brought the bag to my car. Saw a couple workers in their uniforms outside chatting. One plus was a couple ketchup packets in my fries that I didn’t ask for and they did give me plenty of napkins.

They gave me burnt fries (mixed in with some un fried ones), and two hamburgers that you could tell were thrown together. The meat was literally halfway hanging out the bun, and the wrapper was ripped. I understand they get busy, and only make minimum wage but have some pride in the work you do. Don’t serve someone something you wouldn’t eat yourself. It’s that simple. Food went straight in the trash. Mad because I don’t normally eat Mc Donalds and now I remember why. Could have taken that $ 5 and put it toward some Starbucks, at least I know it would have been hot & fresh. Sigh.

In all my years of eating at McDonald’s, this is by far one of the best ones I have used. I use this location several times a week for breakfast and maybe once a week for lunch. The staff is always polite and helpful. My food is always hot, fresh, and exactly the way I ordered it. And whether there is one person or car in from of me or 10, the lines move very quickly.

bty, they will quickly subsitute an item for something else without informing you. i. e will subitute a round egg in a saugage mcmuffin for a square egg. This place is a real joke.
