This location has zero respect for customers’ time. I thought the drive thru has a mandatory time of 90 sec. Per customer in the drive thru. clearly there management is cutting corners & keeping staff low on purpose. They need to be reported. I’m still in line at the drive thru. 30min. Later.

Slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Stopped for a nine year old’s hunger emergency, but we would have been better served to stop at Jewel, buy some food and cook it when we got home. We would have saved time.

So very happy I don’t eat mc Donald’s anymore since finding their by products for meat is earth worm and pig Fat their shakes… oh and this one is so very slow bought a sandwich one time and my bread was as hard as the meat second time found long wig hair in my shake… if you still consider eating McDonald’s,.check your food

I have frequented this McDonald’s for 6 years and spent probably close to a $ 1000 here on my way to work. I have tolerated the bad service and the incorrect orders. After today I will never spend another dollar here until they remove the bootleg«no conceal carry» sticker from their doors. That’s right they can’t even get the correct sticker so you could still legally carry into this establishment with CCW permit. However, I feel if the intent is there then they prefer not to have my business.

Probably the most unorganized, rude, ghetto McDonalds that I have ever encountered. The Security Guard(yes they need one) is constantly telling people to not sit on the window ledge. Heres a thought«PUTUP A FRIGGINSIGNASKINGPEOPLENOTTOSITTHERE». You never know whether there is 1 or 2 lines. Today an employee was upset about something so she was mumbling under her breath while cleaning. There seems to be NO management or direction here. This location is the closest to my house, but I usually travel over to MLK.

Perhaps the worst customer service any person could experience. Cashier belittle customers openly and dish out plenty of attitude. This could possibly be the reason why some don’t support a minimum wage increase. I wonder if the manager cares about the consistently piss poor service.

This is THE worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, by far. Besides having been shut down twice in the past five years by the Board of Health for RODENTS, the service is atrocious. They don’t mind giving you your money back. Doesn’t CORPORATE care about its franchises anymore?

Today I was told I had to pay 42 cents for a small cup of water! Really??? I have experienced inconistent(given the wrong order) and slow service the last several times I have patronized this McDonalds. Today’s announcement of 42 cents cups(small) of water takes the cake. I wil NEVER go back to this McDonalds. I wonder if the McDonalds in Highland Park charges for cups of water. The one in Hyde Park charged me 75 cents extra to put mayo on my breakfast chix biscuit! Outrageous!
