They give you a case number to Contact then about your complaint. I sent them a email last Saturday. Never replied. Do not waist your time with this company.

Had a great buying experience at this location. Great customer service and attention. We called ahead and Leonard was knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had and truly helped me select the mattress that fit both my price range and desired comfort level. Delivery came on time the next day and I’m still really happy with the purchase. Will be recommending friends to this store.

Probably one of the better bed buying experiences I have had.
Yes the sales are a gimmick and they price full size almost as much as queen because those two beds areprice point money makers for them.
The same is true with any bedding place.
So what is the difference.
I bought a bed from Overstock. It was a complete disaster. They left without taking the old stuff and the bed was NOT as described. Lesson learned.
I went to my usual Bedding Experts Brand store, but the one that was on 35^th and Halstead closed 30 minutes early and the guy would not open the door for us and rudely remote started his Ford Taurus to let us know he was not about to serve us.
So we went up to Sleepys on 31^st and Ashland.
Plenty of selection. Only one saleperson which slowed us down, but he was extremely patient and allowed us to roam around without too much hassle. DID NOT hard sell although he did try to sell.
Of course there is the usual nonsense about you need to buy the box spring because it is designed for that mattress. Ok. Sort of like only the car dealer can do an oil change.
The other difference is the price. Sleepys is very competitive. The matress we bought was what was delivered as was the box spring. (Overstock sold me a Ultra Firm but delivered a marshmallow) The price was 25 $ dollars less than Bedding Experts for the same firm bed. They were within $ 15 dollars of American Mattress. The difference is that some American Mattress places have like a gang mentality to selling you a bed… very rough sales people…(I speak of the Skokie Store next to old orchard)
So would I shop here again. Yes. Would I like more than one sales person or a little less green of a sales kid… yes. Do I recommend them. Absolutely.
And BTW the delivery people did not haul away the old box spring left behind by Overstock but they DID take it out to the dumpster in back of my friends apartment on their way out as a courtesy so A+++. Added tothe fact that they were on time… did not smell like apes… and were polite… all the better.
