Marshalls

Shopping at Marshall’s can be a little tricky because most of the stores are unorganized. However, if you can deal with that you’re likely to find some amazing bargains. I stopped by the other day in search for a dress for a bridal shower and was disappointed in the selection. Even though the dresses were lacking, they had a huge variety of perfumes. I’ll be back when I run out.

I prefer other locations much more than this one because they don’t seem to offer the variety that the other locations do. It also seems a bit more messy.

I won’t deny the place is always a zoo & that it is disorganized but I can’t say it’s just that the staff sucks; the clientele that often goes there often do some ghetto things like not walk back 10 steps to put an item back; instead they just throw it someplace close to them or if they knock a hanging item up, they don’t pick it up. Show some manners people. YES, staff is there to maintain the place but DAMN! There are lots of bargains to be had at this store; I’m glad there’s one close by.

Service is friendly and attentive

You can find good deals here, but you have to really search the racks and shelves. This branch is bigger than Chicago Ridge and Countryside branches and has more stuff. This place is also busier and tends to get ransacked by its customers. It seems like there is not enough staff to keep-​up with the ransacking crowd. Clothes are all on the floor, shelves are disorganized and searched through but noting put back in place Chicago Ridge and Countryside are more organized.

It is messy, but you can find some deals up in here. Also, the lines for checkout can be longggggggggggggg!
Yeah, bathroom is NASTY! Hold it if you can… if not, then do what you gotta do.

Alright, I gave this many stars because I love me some Mashalls. But there are a few discrepancies I notice whenever I come there, and I come atleast once a month. Your ladies’ restroom is nasty every day. I say that because I only come once a month, you know, different weeks of the month, and I’m sure they don’t know when I’m coming so they can go head and set up the nastiness in there especially for me. It’s just awful in there. And the salesfloor is junky, people stepping over and on the nice sweaters, panites, stuffed bears, it all. I love Marshalls beauty dept. because I like things they carry like I’m @ Marshall Fields…(No disreepect to Macy’s, but I still gotta get used to ya!) Hell I still call U.S. Cellular Comiskey, so I keep it real and original. But my friends @ this location, spank them bad customers and tell them not to mess up your store, and you all need to hit that bathroom and tidy that up.

This store is a hot mess!
The merchandise is never picked up off the floor or organized. So, this makes finding anything in this store frustrating and it takes 38 minutes longer than it has to. Also, I went there on my lunch break recently and we got in a line to check out. They had 3 cashiers working and the line was about 20 people deep. There was also a lady not ringing people up, but standing behind the registers. She was casually moving some boxes, eating some candy, looking a the long line, walking around and wasting time. Thanks for helping out lady.
I love Marshall’s but this one needs a face lift and some better employees.
