the ONLY good thing about this place is that it’s open til 4am. it looks old and not well maintained inside. smells like an old lady’s house. they have carpet on the floor in a bar for some reason. and it probably hasn’t been cleaned ever which explains the smell. the drinks are way overpriced for a dive bar.

I dont understand all the NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Lmao!!! Actually, YES I CAN. This is a DIVE BAR. What do you expect from a 4am bar??? SERIOUSLY!!! Idk. I kinda like it though and am glad they’re here.Yep.I dont mind the late night bar fights that sometimes roll into the street. Doesnt happen THAT OFTEN.lol.One time some guy GOT STANBBED. Daaaamn, THAT SUCKS!!! Why 3 STARS? Cause I have NEVER personally EVER had a problem. I live right across the street. Its mostly a neighborhood bar except for the weekends (which is when I STAY AWAY) because its open till 4am on Fridays and Saturdays and ALOT OF PEOPLE from OUTSIDE THIS NEIGHBORHOOD come in and drink for ONE MORE HOUR.Smdh.Anyways, this is MY NEIGHBORHOOD BAR (except on wekends between 2am and 4am).

I got searched from head to toe by some over zealous bouncer at 9 pm on a sunday night. there was 2 customers in the entire place. I thought that was uncalled for. drinks seem kind of high compared to other crappy bars in the area. the clientele on a saturday night is too unruly for me. gangbangers and douchebags. I’ve had problems leavin the place. people outside by my car that wanted to start some trouble. long story short, stay away from this place.

How disappointing that this is the closest bar that is allowed to be open past 2AM.
Upon arriving I was asked to show 2 forms of ID probably because I look like I am 12 Right?
Then I was frisked rather thoroughly before being allowed to enter this dump which had music too damn loud and it was obvious all the girls where «Pay to Play».
I barely got my beer finished before I had enough and left.

I will agree with half of what Robb wrote, I never made it in at 4am, so I can only review about the thieves, robbers, and seedy characters.
There are at least seven bars within walking distance in my hood, unfortunately three are completely off limits. This is one of them.
I have been here three times, each time I was the target for snake oil sales, prostitution for a six pack, and I’ve decided I should go somewhere I won’t get rolled.
In my younger days I would have taken these things as challenges, but now, I am usually trying to protect my fragile aging body. The thought of getting punched used to get me thinking about how I would absorb the blow and counter punch, now I can only focus on what kind of ice pack I will stick on my head. Or how much a new pair of glasses will cost.
Marianna’s is a dump, the same regulars haunt this place, they are not very welcoming to newbies, which insures the same crusty scavengers will inhabit this dive. For me, I have other choices and will not miss my experiences at Mariana’s.

, each Monday it posts any crimes in the neighborhood, this address comes up most Mondays, go figure.
