I love the idea of Managed by Q — but in practice it has fallen short. We used to have a cleaning service come on the weekends only and we switched to having a Q operator come in 5 days a week for 2 hours and didn’t notice a difference in the level of cleanliness. As far as I’ve seen, the operators aren’t really professional cleaners. We’ll probably go back to just having cleaners on the weekends.

We’ve been using Q in our office for a few months to help our office management team. The Q employee assigned to our company has been spectacular! Everyone at Q is responsive, professional, flexible, detail-​oriented and efficient. If we ever need extra time, or if the office is closed for a company outing or holiday, Q never balks. They adjust to what we need, when we need it. Q has really made a positive difference in our office!

Our office has been using Q for a couple of months now as a solution/​replacement for our building’s unsatisfactory cleaning service. Q’s attention to detail and standard of excellence is far more than we could ask for. Not only do we come into a well organized and tidy space twice a week, but the team is there to answer any questions or needs pre or post clean. Overall our experience has been fabulous!
