I live in this building, and I thought I’d provide some perspective. I like a lot of things about it. I don’t find the building to be dirtier or less well kept than the other condo buildings in the neighborhood (I have seen a bunch as I was looking for a condo to buy). I like our front-​desk people.
Now that I think about it, I really wish they removed the padding from the right elevator…
EDIT (may 2014): when I wrote this review there were a couple negative ones that didn’t seem to make much sense. It was in response to these reviews that I was hoping to «provide perspective». After a couple of years I may now like the building even better than I did when I wrote the review.
