Love Nails

I purchased the deluxe pedicure via groupon. Let me tell you, nothing about this was deluxe. Not only did I wait for 25 minutes (I made an appointment) but it was done so carelessly. There was literal polish on my skin and it would have been left there had I not said anything. Overall spent an hour and a half for a below average and sloppy pedicure. Don’t waste your time!

I made an appointment — which was at first quite hard, because the phone rang and rang… they are closed on Mondays — despite the hours saying they are open. When I called back the next day, it was quite easy to make an appointment.
Overall the salon is quite clean and appealing. It looks very nice. However my experience was mediocre and painful, thus only two stars.
I used a Groupon for a «Diamond Deluxe Pedicure», though I’m not sure what was diamond or deluxe at all. When the technician started, he didn’t really let my feet soak, nor did he use any of the chemicals that soften the cuticle — instead he just started digging at them with the tool — it was PAINFUL! He didn’t trim my nails or even ask me if I’d like them trimmed, just filed. He didn’t do much scrubbing or trimming of calluses either. He did, however, rub several abrasive things on my legs, which were not the most comfortable.
When he was done he asked me if I liked it and I had to ask him to trim some of the skin around my nail beds as well as clean up the polish he got on my feet. My instinct of pain was right — I have some small brown scabs on my cuticles still a week later.
Really the technician seemed most interested in watching the movie that was playing — San Andreas — which was appearing to be streamed. What’s interesting is that streaming uses the internet, but the other technician told her client she couldn’t take a credit card because the internet was down and made her go across the street to an ATM for cash. Somehow the internet was working to cash in my Groupon though… hmmmm…
Overall, it just wasn’t the relaxing pedicure experience that I was hoping for.

I came in for a Polish change and I had a great manicure! She paid attention to every detail and made my nails look perfect!!!

I called ahead to make an appointment for my friend and I and spoke to a man who said we didn’t need to purchase the groupon ahead of time because they’ll honor the deal directly ($ 21 for a deluxe pedi). We find out later that instead of giving us the deluxe pedicure we received the basic one which is without a massage and no lavender scrub. She told us that we should’ve reminded her. So we were charged for something we didn’t receive. She literally yelled at my friend for bringing this up. Also she scratched the top of my foot with her scrubbing. I was literally bleeding afterwards.
Instead of using tape to do a glitter French tip, she free-​handed it which was a sloppy job. I will never go back to this shop again.

Highly recommended. There was an error in my appointment time, so I had to wait 30 minutes. They were extremely apologetic, stayed open late to fit me in, and gave me a coupon off my next gel manicure. She did a very nice job on my nails too. I’ll be coming back again.

Very poor service. Painful manicure. Made my nail beds bleed. Took an hour to do a manicure and I was the only one there. Didn’t answer the phone when I called to make an appointment and then he answered the phone 4 times during my manicure. Spilled the hot water all over me. Will never come back here.

Excellent service and very friendly staff! I received a Mani and a pedicure and I am very pleased with the work. Will come back and bring my friends! I recommend calling for an appointment for speedy service. (Ask for Maggie)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited in the pedicure chair for over an hour for an available nail technician and they brought someone else to the chair and started working on them.
